This 3rd floor luxurious condo is a beautiful 3-bedroom 2-bath unit in the west building with a 400 square foot balcony that encompasses the entire front of the building, giving you views of Destin and the Gulf of Mexico. You’ll enjoy a spacious open floor plan with large sliding patio doors opening to the balcony from the living room and all three bedrooms to let you experience the refreshing Gulf breezes.
This unit has two kings, one queen and a queen pull out sofa in the living room. All bedrooms and the living room have flat panel LCD TVs. The kitchen comes fully equipped. We have a washer and dryer for all your laundry needs. We are sure you will find everything you need for the perfect vacation.
If fitness is your pleasure, you will find lighted tennis and basketball courts, and a state of the art cardio and fitness center. There is also a large playground area for the children.
You can walk across the street for dinner at Ruth Chris Steak House, Back Porch and Grazy’s. Landry’s Seafood, Joe’s Crab Shack, Sportsbook Bar and Grill, Bubba Gump's and Ruby Tuesday are just a short walk and are located on the same side of the street as the resort.
For your shopping pleasure, you can enjoy the Destin Commons mall and movie theatre, located just a short one mile. Go five miles east to find the Silver Sands, an up-scale outlet mall.
