This is a lockout unit that includes two separate condos that can be rented together as a two-bedroom/two-bath rental. Both units are beautifully decorated and Unit 6710 features a master bedroom with a king size bed and a queen sleeper in the family room. Unit 6712 is an efficiency unit and features a king size bed and a twin sleeper to sleep 7 comfortably. Both units include TVs and DVD players for your entertainment. Unit 6712 has a kitchenette with microwave, small fridge, and coffee maker with a nice sized window, but no balcony. Unit 6710 also has a kitchen with granite counters, seating for two with bar stools, and the dining room table seats four. Unit 6710 also features floor-to-ceiling windows and a huge balcony for you to enjoy the Gulf view and both units have free WIFI.
This resort is only 300 yards from the beach and also features a sunset observation deck on the roof, fitness center, 4,000 square foot saltwater swimming pool with a swim-behind waterfall, hot tub, children's pool and much more.
