Clean, comfortable, and current furnished home
We truly enjoyed staying in this rental. The house is beautiful, comfortable, very clean, has a well equipped kitchen, close to beach. We had the luxury of using a golf cart and beach bikes to tool around the area as needed but the walk to the beach is a very short distance. The spacious and well furnished porches provide a beautiful view and quiet place to unwind. It was so nice to have access to a working gas grill for dinner prep. Bedrooms were clean and plenty! The Murphy bed is definitely an upgrade over a traditional and uncomfortable sofa bed! We were so greatful to have use of the beach service daily since this minimized the need to rush to the beach in the morning to claim our spot! This service made a big difference to allow my family to relax and simply know our spot was already available since we spend so much time at the beach. Dining in the area for a bike distance that we recommend are Pompano Joes and Cap'n Daves. One can see that the owners clearly take pride in providing a spacious, beautiful clean, well-furnished property. They were accessible when we had questions and always so pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this location and renting from the lovely owners!

GREAT Home away from HOME
We just returned back to Lexington, KY from this home away from home. We had a fantastic time in this home. The pictures are correct, the description of the property is correct. we had 7 people in the house and never felt crowded. The granddaughter had the murphy bed in the living room and declared it her "bedroom". The Master Bed room was one entire floor...with 2 sitting area. huge walk in closet, fanastic bathroom with tub and shower, a small place to get away from everyone. All the patios were exceptionally quiet and peaceful. MEN, the crow's nest patio on the 3rd floor was declared my MAN CAVE-- LOVE IT....LOLOL yes you know what i am talking about...i used it several times. The walk to the beach was 5 minutes with dedicated chairs just waiting on us. The walk to the pool was 10 minutes and it was very clean and quiet. We thought this would be a bummer not being on the beach and no pool...but turned out nice...as there was no noise from the beach or pool. TOTAL quietness at night while sitting on the patio. we had a minor problem the first night was taken care of with in 2 hours by the management company. This was a very nice home away from home...NO..its not the Ritz Carlton as some in this review wanted, however, it was very much above standard for most vacation condo/homes that we have stayed in for the last 25 years. Beautiful House!!
House was very clean and Deb and Scott were very friendly and easy to deal with. While we were there the A/C quit working. I say this as a positive, Scott was ON IT and had it repaired the next morning. Great service!! We will definately rent from them again!! Thanks again for all the hospitality!

Family Vacation
My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay at Indiago Waves. Debra was really helpful throughout the entire process as this was our first time renting a vacation home. Though our stay was short, it was definitely sweet! I came with my extended family, so there was a good number of us..the best part was that this home has a total of 5 beds! One in each of the 3 rooms, plus a sofa bed and murphy bed. It was helpful to be able to have everything we needed close by. There was a grill, washers/dryers, grocery stores near by, and of course, the beach was walking distance! We ate in for all our meals which is definitely more cost effective with a larger family. The decks provided a nice spot for breakfast in the morning! Everything was neat and clean, and any concerns we had were dealt with right away. We will would love to rent again in the future!
