It is a stand alone unit with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy, which makes it a great choice for families. Relaxing with coffee on the deck and watching the golfers is a favorite past time of many of our guests. The deck is equipped with table and chairs and a gas grill. The cottage has two bedrooms with queen size beds and two sleeper sofas with queen size pull outs. One sofa is located in the living room and the other in the sunroom. This unit is very spacious and very inviting. It will sleep eight comfortably with no problem. TVs are located in the living room and both bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a full size washer and dryer. The separate dining room is enclosed with windows to enhance the view. Beach chairs, beach umbrella and two bicycles are provided for your use. Please provide your own beach towels.
