Beautiful Condo
We enjoyed our stay! Condo was beautiful and Mitzi was always available to answer any questions. Short walk to the beach and shuttle service available if needed. We enjoyed all 3 swimming pools in the evening. Staff at Topls were always friendly. We will definitely stay again!!

We really enjoyed the condo decor, condition and location! Close enough to the beach to walk, but secluded enough to be quiet and peaceful. Condo was very well decorated and very clean. We will be booking again for our next trip to Destin!

Beautiful condo
Stayed here for my sisters bachlorette weekend and the condo was perfect for the 6 of us. Short walk to beach and right across from Baytowne, had a fabulous time.

Bright, Private Corner Condo With Easy Access To Pool, Beach, Golf, And More.
This unit was recently professionally renovated and decorated in July of 2016 and features new flooring throughout, all-new stainless appliances, new furniture, granite counter tops in kitchen and baths with a full-sized front load washer and dryer. The large master bedroom has a king size ''sleep number" bed, a wall mounted flatscreen TV, and windows galore. The quest bedroom has two full size beds and a wall mounted flatscreen TV. It features a spacious main living room and dining room connected to an open-concept modern kitchen along with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room sofa can fold out to a queen size bed and hold 2 guests allowing this unit to sleep 8 comfortably. The corner location on the second floor means that the atmosphere is very quiet and private and feels like its own resort haven with an extra light and airy feel. The balcony offers a resort view and a great place to enjoy that morning cup of coffee as you unwind. Free wifi.
Tops'l sits next to a nature preserve and its unique location gives easy access to bustling nightlife at the village of Baytowne Wharf, movie theatre or the shops at Grand Boulevard as well as the Silver Sands outlet stores. The are walking trails and this building is located about 250 yards from the beautiful white beaches of Destin. It is an easy walk which more people prefer, however there is a free shuttle service to drop you right off at the boardwalk leading to the beach. You will have the use of a beautiful private heated pool located next to the building or you may use the pool located next to the beach. Both pools have hot tubs for use all year long. The resort also offers three restaurants on the property. Because of the location, the beach feels like your own private escape. We know you'll love life here at the beach in the Summit!
