There is also a pool room and a very large game room. Outside is a 1.15 acre lot with huge fenced yard, a basketball hoop, large pine and palm tress and lush landscaping. You can relax in the sun on the front or back porch or by the pool. The street ends in a cul de sac and is very quiet. One can hear the sounds of the birds, and although downtown is very close, the street is very quiet and peaceful.
