Charming Piece of Old Florida

The bungalow was everything as advertised, even nicer than the photos showed. It was clean and well appointed with new kitchen appliances, comfortable furniture. The front porch is a great place to start the day with a morning coffee. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We didn't understand how the free transportation worked, so we generally walked to town in one direction and drove to the big box stores in the other (Trader Joe's too). We really enjoyed the Green Owl Restaurant, located where SE 4th meets E. Atlantic Ave, for breakfast. It's a little, old fashioned diner with very reasonably priced food and friendly staff. Just don't go on Sunday morning; it was mobbed. Another great breakfast place is Christina's on NE 2nd Ave. The banana cinnamon nut french toast was wonderful. We were there for only four days and would have stayed longer if we could. So much nicer than a cookie cutter hotel room.

Charming studio in excellent location!

I stayed here for 5 nights in June 2010 and was very impressed! The decor/ambience is beautiful, the kitchen is up to date, and the location can't be beat! As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe in this Back Bay neighborhood on my first trip to Boston. I have traveled the world (former travel agent) and have stayed in many luxurious and mediocre accommodations. I loved this studio! I could walk everywhere (Public Gardens, Commons, Cheers, Charles River, etc.). The owner Michelle was very prompt in all correspondence. Without a doubt, I will stay here again on my next trip to Boston!

Marlborough studio Back Bay

Lovely apartment. This was perfect for me and my 16 year old son. Close to 2 subway lines, shopping, a grocery and numerous restaurants. I would highly recommend this property and would consider renting it again if I return to Boston. Directions to everything necessary were provided. Owner was great when we had a slight plumbing problem she was right there and fixed it.
