This is our third and latest addition to our holdings at the Horizons and it is our flagship. A three bedroom two bathroom 1800 interior square feet end unit with a 400 Square Feet extra large wrap-around balcony with direct views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Halifax River. The master bedroom has an additional secluded balcony that affords total privacy from anyone inside or outside the unit. Ideally situated on the sixth floor, this light filled open floor plan condo is beautifully and professionally decorated with elegant modern furnishings. This is the sleek, cool, clean contemporary look usually found in Miami’s South Beach and other choice destinations. Everything is totally new, from the flat screen TV’s in every room, beautiful white leather reclining sofa to the plush beds and luxurious linens, King size in the Master Suite, Queen in the Guest bedroom and twin beds for the troops in the third bedroom. It sleeps six without the bother and discomfort of sleeper sofas and inflatable beds! The floor to ceiling, wall to wall windows in the dining and living room bring stunning panoramic views of the ocean right into the condo and you can clearly see the dolphins that often swim close to the shore in the morning and early evening. Living and dining room open to the massive balcony for a closer look at the beach and pool below. The full kitchen is totally equipped with every appliance imaginable and very well stocked to prepare and serve the most elaborate meals and unlike most area condos, there is a full size washer and dryer just outside the unit. There is of course free high speed wireless internet, a DVD library. Beach chairs, towels and umbrella are also provided, Bring just your swimsuits! Each of the only 72 units (4 per floor) has a private reserved parking place in the secure underground garage. Only a few units are rented out since most are owner occupied by mature residents that gives the complex a family flair. The pool and deck is never too crowded and we have gas and charcoal BBQ’s by the pool side for your free use. Common amenities include a separate sun deck for the non-swimmers, Sauna and very complete exercise room. Situated in northern end of Daytona Beach where beach traffic is sparse at best, The Horizons is only one mile away from the busy boardwalk and main pier, far enough not to be bothered by the crowds and yet close enough for a stroll to the pier and mall for a drink, lunch, shopping or a movie. Only authorized persons can gain access to this secure, TV monitored building so you can enjoy your vacation in total safety. Our hand-picked staff at the Horizons are very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful and keep the building in perfect condition and the common areas totally clean. The building has just undergone refurbishment and painting and it looks just as gorgeous as when it was built.There is a Supermarket only one mile away and lots of amenities and activities nearby such as Golf, Tennis, Windsurfing, Kayak and Quads rentals to name a few. A little further away, near the famous Daytona Auto Racetrack, there is the Daytona Beach Kennel Club & Poker Room.
