With this property you not only have a large house that sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms but all the extras you need and would desire, including a 800 square foot playroom with a pool table, ping pong, foos ball, darts and fireplace, fun fun fun. Located just outside of deland fl. And just west of daytona so you have all the stores, malls, and restaurants close by, but the quiet of the country.

The perfect property for a family getaway, a move to florida, or running away from the northern winters. The interior is decorated in bright florida colors with unique photos, statues and furniture.
