Atlantic Ave. Both the Living Room and the Master Bedroom have access to a very large private Balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Sorry, NO PETS ALLOWED. The SandDollar Condo is Family oriented, not a party building.
WEEKLY RENTALS: SATURDAY to SATURDAY. 7 DAY MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD.
WEEKLY RENTAL RATES from $750 to $1,450, depending on your Vacation Dates. Special Events are higher. A $100 Cleaning Fee plus 12.5% Florida Tax will be added to all Rental Rates.

BUILDING has Security System, Central Smoke Alarms/Sprinklers System, 2 High Speed Elevators, Oceanfront Pool Deck with Heated Pool, Hot Tub and Shuffle Board, Oceanfront Picnic area with Gas BQ Grill, 2 Sauna's, fully Equipped Exercise Room, and secure Underground Parking for one Car with 7' Door. WE DO NOT HAVE A KIDDY POOL and Infants with Diapers of any kind are not allowed in our Pool or Hot Tub.
UNIT has FREE WI-FI, Electronic Air Purification, Central AC/Heat, 4 Telephones/Answering System FREE UNLIMITES DOMESTIC CALLS, Ceiling Fans throughout and a Computer size Guest Safe for your valuables.
LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM has Queen Sleeper Sofa, Love Seat, Recliner, Dining Table/4 Chairs, Breakfast Bar/2 Stools, 32" HD TV/Cable, DVD/VCR Player, Stereo Systen with CD Player/AM-FM Radio, and DVD, VHS, & CD Library.
KITCHEN with Refrigerator/Water & Ice in Door, Smooth Top Stove, Temperature Sensing Microwave/Convection Oven, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Automatic Coffee Maker, Blender/Juicer, George Forman Grill, Crock Pot, all the dishes, glassware and kitchen items you will need.

Our Condo is on the Daytona Beach. Sunglow Fishing Pier, Miniature Golf, Golf and Tennis are within walking distance. Weely Rentals, Saturday to Saturday, except Daytona 500 Race Week.
Maximum Occupancy limited to 6 People, including Children.
Primary Renter must be at least 26 years of age. No subletting allowed.
No Pets of any kind are allowed in the Sand Dollar Condominium.
Full Condominium Rules will be supplied before your arrival.
Suitability
Suitable for People of all ages. Our unit has handicap bars in both bathrooms, but our bathrooms do not accommodate wheelcharis. Children who are not potty trained are not allowed in our Pool, even with Simmies.
