I'm a bit of a stickler when it comes to vacation rentals and I mean what I'm about to write. Our family of 5 stayed here for 7 days at the beginning of April '17. Having visited many, many other beach condos in the past we were extremely pleased with the cleanliness and the good state of repair of this condo. We have had several issues at other beach properties (NOT this one) with bad beds, spotty A/C and refrigerators that don't work well. None of those were a problem at this property. In addition, the owner, Ghada, was responsive to our needs (which were few.) The property is centrally located and was quiet (no noise above or below and no street noise.) Just the sound of waves crashing when we sat on the back deck. While the property could sleep more, I think 6 people would be quite comfortable in this unit. The pool and hot tub were great (also clean) and you will be centrally located to all that Daytona Beach Shores has to offer. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was excellent.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept so well. My favorite was setting out on the large balcony in the evenings. There were plenty of towels and beach towels (a few more wash clothes would have been helpful), and the kitchen was well stocked. Across the street is a Dollar General Store and a great miniature golf course. We also walked several times to Winn Dixie for some groceries, to a souvenir shop, and to the 7-11 for Slurpies. We enjoyed having those businesses close by us. It was a great stay, and we definitely want to return. Thank you for allowing us to stay at Opus. The only thing we did not like, and was no fault of the owner of our condo, was parking could be difficult sometimes. Especially if you came in after 8:00 p.m. We had 2 cars one always had the condo parking space in the garage, but the other car had to find a space in guest parking. Sometimes it was full.

Fabulous condo!
This condo was beautiful and was made for our travel group of three senior spring breakers and two moms. The master bedroom/bath was so spacious that all three girls took up residence there while I and the other parent each had our own room and bath. The condo is amazingly soundproof and even though the master is adjacent to the kitchen/dining/living room the girls said they never heard us and vice versa. Everything we needed was in the condo and the grocery store is just kitty-corner across the street from the complex. So convenient! The view from the balcony was stunning and the location was excellent for our little group. The pier at Ocean Walk is visible from the beach and is about 2 miles away. This made it very easy and comfortable for the girls to head out each day for some sun, swimming and volleyball. We saw dolphins from the balcony on three days of our stay and, if we had been looking, probably would have seen them everyday. The location also allowed us to visit and enjoy the shops and restaurants of Flagler Avenue in New Smyrna within a 25 minute drive. We and our daughters made many wonderful memories that won't be forgotten. We had an awesome stay and would definitely recommend to others looking for a great place to stay. Thank you for letting us borrow your slice of paradise for a short time. Can't wait for a return trip!
