Watersong Resort is a small 46 Acre, quiet, luxurious enclave of private homes. Set in tranquil surroundings of a 5 star gated Watersong Resort yet still within all the amenities of downtown Kissimmee and Orlando and all the various attractions.
Set on an Idyllic and relaxing conservation community, at the rear of the property is a beautiful lake view.
At the front of the property just across the road is the beautiful Clubhouse with its own amenities

Outside the front of the property, we have off road parking facilities for 2 family sized vehicles. The Villa is Air-conditioned throughout and boasts 3298 ft under roof consisting of 4 bedrooms which are en-suite the remaining two bedrooms have a shared bathroom.
Downstairs Master - Bed 1 has a King size bed, has a walk in closet, TV, master en-suite, with separate shower cubicle and corner bath.
The laundry facilities include a large family sized WASHER and a DRYER and the home also has FREE Wi-Fi, a Brighthouse Cable TV package plus FREE local calls.
A half bathroom (w/c and sink) situated downstairs for daytime use .

The kitchen has dark granite worktops, a traditional double American fridge freezer with water/ice dispenser, cooker with hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and dishwasher.
Large family living room with colour TV and generous seating provision. Separate front quiet living room for relaxation. Offering plenty of space for optional multiple occupancy should you wish to holiday with friends or family. With this in mind unfortunately we cannot offer accommodation for same sex groups, e.g. bachelor and bachelorette parties.
The double integral garage has been converted to accommodate a pool table , table top tennis , foosball and air hockey table, with separate stand alone fan for client comfort.
Upstairs Master - Bed 2 has an en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath, TV and a walk-in closet.
Upstairs - Bed 3 Transformers - has bunk beds and has been decorated with Transformer decals with Transformer bed covers, TV & closet. Without ceiling fan for safety and shared bathroom with Bed 6.
Upstairs - Bed 4 has Double bottom bunk and single bunk on top with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath, TV & closet.
Upstairs - Bed 5 Queen bed, has an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath, TV & closet.
Upstairs Bed - 6 has Twin single beds. Has been decorated in a "Mickey & Minnie Theme", TV & closet. and shared bathroom with Bed 3.
There are hair dryers provided and hotel style safes.
Outside Lanai - 40` x 10` Inclusive of half bath with W/c and sink, with 2 x fans for your comfort and relaxation in the shade or at night.
Deck - extra large sized patio for relaxing all round the pool, in the sun or in the shade on the lanai,loungers and dining table plus chairs.
Pool - 30` x 15` with Spa, can be heated for an additional cost. Pool is screened to enhance your pleasure. The pool deck has a safety fence and all doors to the pool are alarmed for the safety of young children.
Welcome food hamper is available if required for a small charge for those arriving in the early hours or late at night. We also have contacts if any extra equipment such as cribs, high chairs, strollers are required to be hired.

Stays between 4 and 6 nights will incur a cleaning charge of £125/ $190
Pool heating is by gas, therefore a more direct and faster method of heating, the Spa is heated to 102 degrees in approx. 7-10 minutes,
9m x 4.5m pool is heated to 90 degrees (from 77 degrees) in approx. 4hrs. Then a daily maintenance heat of approx. 2hrs a day as well as the Spa heating.
Use of the solar cover will keep the pool from losing too much heat, overnight.
Pool and Spa heating is an optional extra at £25 /$40 per day per "FULL" 14 day stay including tax.
Pool heat charges for less than a 14 nights stay will incur an initial heating fee of £50/$75 on top of the daily rate pro rata.
Less than a 14 day stay will incur an extra charge due to the length of stay not covering the costs of heating the pool.
Pool heating is recommended between 1st October – 31st March.
Refundable damage deposit £200 after management company inspection.
MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS
Monthly renters must cancel 120 days prior to check -in.
Monthly renters who make a change that result in a shortened stay must be made at least 90 days prior to check-in.
Monthly rates may be eligible for a special discount.
