The US27 and interstate 4 are both within easy reach and you can drive to the Disney theme parks with 10/15 minutes plus these routes provide great access to shops,malls, restaurants,beaches etc.

There are 2 main living area. The formal dining room area also has 4 armchairs for relaxing with a good book. The main living area has two comfy sofas, a 50" flat screen TV with cable, telephone answering machine and there is wifi. The villa also has a large chill out area upstairs with a huge corner sofa, TV & xbox 360
Kitchen with breakfast nook:
The spacious open plan kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle toaster and everything else you could possibly need, There is also a breakfast bar with stools and a separate breakfast nook area. Separate utility room: fully equipped laundry area with full size washing machine and tumble dryer.
Games room:
Newly installed games room. Enjoy our pool table with over head lighting, air hockey table, electronic dart board or simply spectate at the bar table with stools.
