We have stayed at various properties in West Haven twice a year for the past 13 or so years, and it is our second visit to this lovely home. We've been in the various areas (The Manor, The Hamlet, The Sanctuary, The Abbey) but this is far and away the cleanest, the best maintained, the best equipped and the most luxurious villa we have ever rented. It is rare to find a villa with a complete set of dishes and glasses for more than a few people, but this one has it all. The photos on the website are very accurate, and everything is just as described--maybe even better! We are only two adult couples, so there is plenty of privacy, and the gorgeous pool and spa look out over blooming plants, hedges and a conservation area, so not overlooked by anyone. Privacy and peace and quiet are what we most look for in a villa, and we have it here. We haven't had any issues with the villa, but Marlene has been super to deal with all the way along. It will be very difficult to leave here when our vacation is over, but we will most certainly be coming back

Beautiful home, more than expected. We were greatly surprised on the quality and condition of this super clean home and pool. This home has set new expectations that are second to none. We can't say enough to express on how pristine the pool, home, and grounds were at this rental vacation home. Marlene, (owner) was the greatest on the welcome of our stay. Absolutely first class villa
This is our 3rd vacation in Florida and was by far the best villa we stayed at. We done a lot of searching around before we picked this villa and we were not disappointed. Marlene was always very quick to reply to any e-mail queries we had. Upon arriving in the villa we were immediately impressed on the size of it. The pictures makle it look nice, but in the flesh it was just....."Wow!!!" The kids loved the pool and jacuzzi, while the wife and I were able to soak up the Florida sun and watch Andy Murray win Wimbledon on the massive outdoor TV, another great addition. The games room was another great room, not just a garage with a pool table. Air conditioned with another TV, air hockey and a pool table .The owners have went to great lengths to make everything as homely as possible in this wonderful villa, and we would absolutely no hesitation in booking this villa again. After a hard day walking around all the parks the really comfortable beds were a massive bonus :-) It will be a few years before we are planning on heading back to Florida but when we do, this will be where we will be staying !!!!! Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Wonderful vacation home
We recently returned from a wonderful vacation at this home. I had spent hours looking at numerous vacation homes prior to finding this one. We chose this home due to the many positive reviews that accompanied the amenities we were looking for in a home. Marlene was very prompt in answering any questions prior to our stay. The house was absolutely beautiful... very clean, nicely decorated, well equipped, comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms. We were pleasantly surprised to find the house even nicer than shown in the pictures. My husband and I with our children and my parents had lots of space to make a very comfortable vacation. Having Publix and Target close by was also very convenient. My children really enjoyed the games room and the pool. This is a home we would return to! Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Wonderful Christmas holidays
First, excuse my english because I'm a french canadian. We were in this beautifull home for the christmas holidays. The home is impeccably furnished and maintened. There was a christmas tree. Our daughters (6 and 8) were really happy. The beds are very comfortable. Marlene was very helpful and easy to work with. We rented 3 houses in the davenport area and this was by far the nicest home in which we had the pleasure of staying. Overall an excellent time was spent here and would 100% recommend anyone thinking of holidaying there. Thanks Marlene and Doug, you have been a pleasure to deal with. Thank you so much! Nous avons adoré cette maison très bien décorée et entretenue. Nous aimerions bien y retourner un jour. Designed and decorated in modern style, the 2,500 sq. ft. villa offers a plenty of space and ample luxury to lead a comfortable stay in the Manor at Westhaven, Davenport. It has got eye-catching interiors and high standard amenities. Enjoy the large stainless steel BBQ area, outside lanai with a 50 inch wall mounted television, a large private swimming pool, private pool deck and complete pool furniture.
The villa is adorned with 4 bedrooms, one game room, a fully furnished kitchen, a living area and the lounge. There are two master suites with king size beds, flat TVs, large bathrooms and shower cubicles. From the first master suite, you will get the straight access onto the pool deck. If there are kids in the tour, the games room is the place for them. For travelers with business purpose will be happy to find a home office with high speed internet facility. There is a hot tub as well. The villa sleeps up to 8.
