Outside you will find privacy screens installed to the left and right hand side of the lanai to provide additional privacy from the neighboring villas. Hand rails have also been added to both the pool and private hot tub to aid access for the less mobile.
Inside entertainment includes a professional 8ft slate bed pool table, air hockey table and digital dart board, an 8 seat poker/ card table in the dedicated card room, a large screen movie room with retro Pac-man arcade table and finally each bedroom is equipped with its own Smart TV for access to NetFlix / Amazon Prime etc.
Your fun begins the minute you open the door, AND all this, within walking distance of the resort clubhouse where you can enjoy the additional facilities of a zero entry pool, hot tub, volleyball court, fully equipped gymnasium and use of their business office for computer access.

Child Friendly: The state of Florida insists on the protected screens between villa and pool, you can remove them if you are confident. We have also included a child’s sleeping cot, side barrier for a single bed, two high chairs, stair gates for both top and bottom of the stairs, and a selection of plates / cups and cutlery to simplify the holiday experience with your children.

Accessing via the foyer, there is a large full sized kitchen that you'll find fully equipped to make money saving meals at home. Additional thoughts have been applied to aid that active family holiday with a slow cooker, blender, coffee machine added to the standard items to make this truly “a home from home” kitchen. Granite countertops, a breakfast bar seating 4 and an 8 seater dining table compliment the area.
You’ll have easy access to the pool area from the sliding doors opening to the lanai where you will find the outdoor grill, additional round table seating 8 and additional conversational sofa’s and loungers around the pool.
Lounge Area
Three large sofa’s and an occasional chair form a communal relaxing area around the wall mounted 50inch Smart TV, complimenting the seating within the kitchen area.
Complimentary Cable TV, High speed wifi and USA long distance telephone calls are also included.
Laundry Room
Tired of picking up the children’s clothesY – The laundry chute accessed from the upstairs landing area adds a new fun filled way to get the children tiding up after themselves! The room is fully equipped with separate washer, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.

Two bedrooms are furnished to a very high standard each with a King-bed, bedside tables and dresser, fitted wardrobes and 42 inch Smart TV’s. Both rooms are accessed without the need to climb any stairs - they share a bathroom with a walk in shower and hence are the perfect option for holidaying guests with reduced mobility.

Accessed to the right, via the foyer, the garage has been converted into a modern games room. The floors and walls have been sealed and painted. A large fan has been installed for your comfort, together with a high table and bar stools to set those drinks and phones aside.
The 8ft slate bed pool table was professionally installed together with the pub quality Air hockey table to ensure the fun starts the moment you enter the property. A safety conscious digital dart board has also been supplied.
Poker Room
A room designed to entertain! – When the children are playing Pool, Air hockey or maybe watching TV – the adults can relax, enjoying fun filled conversation as the card sharks appear……..
Swimming Pool and Spa Area
This simply luxurious home offers you a peaceful pool and spa area to relax and swim. Installed to the rear of the extended Lanai, the outdoor living space is maximized and has the added bonus of having no rear neighbors and overlooks the fishing lake and conservation area.
The Lanai and privately screened pool area is also equipped with an outdoor hot/cold shower, 4 loungers, a conversational outdoor sofa set, a large circular outdoor dining table with “lazy susan” serving option and a 5 burner gas grill.
