Was very spacious and clean ! Chris was awesome with communication!!!! I brought extra toilet paper, soap, dish soap , and trash bags which came in handy. Would definately stay there again ... ;)

Beautiful Villa and Safe Neighbourhood
Beautiful villa and safe neighborhood. I will stay again when I am in Orlando. Close to Disney and Universal. Ihop is 3 min away and there is also an Applebees in the same plaza. Plublix is near by. I have no complaints. The house was clean and pictures are exact. Check in is fast and no problem.

Very spacious- great for a large family
Very spacious- great for a large family. Pool and game room were a big hit! Luke's Legendary Pizza (15 min away) was awesome! We really enjoyed staying at this house! It was very spacious and in a safe neighborhood. Chris was very responsive and easy to work with!

This AWESOME villa is situated at Highgate Park in Davenport,which is a lovely,family-friendly,gated community just 15 minutes drive from Disney!!
It is fully air-conditioned and has 4 bedrooms,a private pool, spa,games room and free wifi internet.
Master bedroom 1 has a king sized bed,32" flat screen television,a lovely,large en-suite bathroom and patio doors to the pool.
Master bedroom 2 has a king sized bed and a 32" flat screen television.Bedrooms 3 & 4 each have 2 twin beds and a flat screen television.
There is loads of space to relax in after exploring all those fantastic Central Florida attractions.
There is a luxurious living room and a family room with a 50" flat screen TV and dvd.
There is loads of dining space too.As well as formal dining,there is further dining in the nook and pool side.
In the Games Room guests can enjoy Pool, Air Hockey, Basket Ball or Darts
The Kitchen is fully fitted and equipped so you can prepare a full meal,if required and there is a very useful laundry room,fitted with a full size clothes washer and dryer, so you can keep up with the washing whilst you're away.
There is a lovely large patio around the pool & spa with plenty of chairs & loungers so that everybody can soak up that Florida sunshine or enjoy a relaxing evening round the pool.
There is a crib (cot),highchair & stroller provided at no extra cost.
Our villa is situated at Highgate Park in Davenport,only 15 minutes drive from Disney.
Seaworld and Universal are close by too.Both are within 30 minutes drive.
Legoland and Tampa's Busch Gardens are within 45 minutes drive.
Florida's Atlantic Coast,with The Kennedy Space Centre and the surfers paradise at CoCo beach, are within 60 minutes drive.
The beautiful white sandy beaches of Florida,s Gulf Coast,a real "must see" are also around 1 hours drive away.
There are ample restaurants,attractions & shops to suit all tastes and pockets a short drive along highways 27 & 192.
There are several large supermarkets close by.(WalMart.Target,Publix).WalMart is open 24/7.
