A Complete Gem
Christopher's place is a complete gem! You definitely want to stay here. In the kitchen make sure you check every drawer. You will find everything you need. If you plan on cooking make sure you buy some seasoning for your food we forgot to do that. Also the dishwasher already has a tablet in it and there's an extra one under the sink. Of you have a longer stay you might want to buy some just on case. This is definitely the ideal place to stay. Plenty of room and Christopher gives very detailed instructions for check in. We will definitely stay here again. We had no problems and didn't need to communicate anything with Christopher and that's the way we like it.

Amazing Villa
Amazing villa great host communication was excellent and always helpful. Villa well presented and has everything you require. Legacy park is a great location close to local amenities and a short car journey from Disney, malls and other areas of interest. Would really recommend others to stay here !

Great Villa
The house is an amazing location. It was clean, and the spacious living areas make for a great lay out. It allows multiple people to stay and not feel cramped. Vaulted ceilings and very nice area.

Our spacious villa is fully air-conditioned and has 3 bedrooms, a lovely private pool,games room and free wifi internet.
The villa is situated at Highgate Park in Davenport,which is a fantastic,gated community.
Disney is just 15 minutes drive from our front door!!
The villa has 3 bedrooms.The master has a king size bed,32" flat screen television,a super en-suite bathroom and patio doors to the pool area.The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a flat screen television.Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds and a flat screen tv.
There is no shortage of space to relax in in this beautiful villa.There are 2 large lounge areas,a comfortable living room and a lovely family room with a flat screen tv and dvd.
There's plenty of dining space too! You can dine in the dining room,the nook or pool-side.
In the games room guests can enjoy table tennis,foosball & darts.
You can prepare a full meal in the fully fitted kitchen.It has a full size oven & stove,as well as a dishwasher,fridge,freezer and all the equipment you will need.
There is a very useful laundry area,fitted with a clothes washer and dryer to help you keep up with the laundry whilst you are away.
There's a lovely,large pool with plenty of chairs and loungers so that everybody can soak up that Florida sunshine.
There is a crib (cot) & highchair available at no extra cost.
The villa is just 15 minutes drive from Disney!
Seaworld and Universal are close by ,both are within 30 minutes drive.
Legoland and Tampa's Busch Gardens are within 45 minutes drive.
Florida's Atlantic coast is within 60 minutes drive,with the Kennedy Space Centre and the surfers paradise at CoCoa beach.
The beautiful white sandy beaches of Florida's Gulf Coast,which are a "must see", are also around 1 hours drive .
There are loads of restaurants,attractions & shops along highways 27 & 192 to suit all pockets & tastes.
There are several large supermarkets close by (WalMart,Target,Publix).WalMart is open 24/7.
