Home was great! We had 11 adults and 4 children but we never felt cramped. The second fridge in the garage was a life saver. James was great communicating everything we needed and proactive in keeping the process smooth and trouble free.

Meeting/ exceeding our expectations
My family and I just finished our reunion trip to Orlando, staying at Jim and Nancee Millington's home at Champions Gate. Our group included most of our children and their spouses as well as 10 grandchildren, ages ranging from 9 months to 13 years. We had selected the Millington home after reviewing it a number of times on VRBO and communicating with owner Jim. The home exceeded our expectations, which were high to begin with. The pictures on vrbo don't adequately do justice to the amount of space available, quality home furnishings, cleanliness and entertainment options. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms allowed each family to have their own rooms and bathrooms. The beds were quite comfortable, the two fridges allowed plenty of space for each family's food,and kitchen cupboards, dinnerware and cooking utensils were plentiful. The AC worked very well and the temperature in the home was very comfortable on both floors. The pool, game room and home theater were used constantly and the adults never had to worry about kids getting bored. There were even some available items for toddler use, including pack and plays, and several pool toys too. The security fence separating the pool from the home is dependable and can't be opened by little ones. The location offers easy access to Disney attractions. To top it all off, the owners were very helpful before, during and after our stay. Jim typically responds to any questions within the hour. The home has a new feel about it. Everything worked well, looks new and was very clean. We would rent the property again should our family return to the Orlando area.

A Wonderful Time in a Wonderful Home
If you are looking for a great place to stay this is indeed the place. We brought our entire family (kid's and grandkid's) to the area to celebrate our 40th anniversary. Upon arrival we toured the home to choose the rooms for each family member thinking that it surely wouldn't sleep as many as it stated that it would. We were thrilled that it had ample room for everyone and was in pristine condition. We had one issue with the pack n play for our youngest grandson and it was resolved immediately. The owner (James) was a pleasure to communicate with and stayed fully in touch throughout our visit and the Jeeves representative checked to ensure that we had no issues. The proximity to Disney and Universal is as stated (less than 30 minutes) and the residential area and clubhouse area are great. I would highly recommend the property and am positive we will stay again if we return to the area. Thanks James for a wonderful vacation property, we truly appreciated it! Clint Paisley

Best vacation rental home in the Orlando area
We've rented many vacation homes in the past, but this is by far our favorite and the best value for the money we've encountered. The house is so well appointed and much more spacious than the pictures make it appear. We had no problem accommodating 15 members of our family, ranging in age from 4 months to 80+ years old. The 80+ year olds were well accommodated in the two bedrooms on the first floor. The teenagers and kids loved the swimming pool, ping pong, and pool table, not to mention watching movies late into the night in the fabulous theater room upstairs with the super-comfy recliners. The facilities at the Oasis Club house were also a huge bonus, and the kids decided they wanted to pass up going to the Universal parks an extra day just to hang out at the pools and lazy river. Our entire group couldn't stop saying how awesome the house was -- I would highly recommend it to anyone! It was also very easy dealing with the friendly owner who provided great customer service and very thorough information throughout the process. This house greatly exceeded all our expectations and needless to say, it was very difficult to leave at the end of the week!

You will feel immediately relaxed as you enter our 8 bedroom, 5 bathroom executive home which sleeps up to 18 comfortably, 19 if you want to use the trundle bed in the bunk room. The living area offers plenty of space for all guests to spread out. For family get together the dining area is ideal to share a meal around the elegant dining table or have a quick meal at the kitchen breakfast bar.
The bright and airy kitchen has all the appliances and utensils that you would expect in your own home. There is also a full size washer and dryer on the 2nd floor for your convenience.
This home has 5 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom, 1 room with twin beds and 1 theme room with two sets of bunk beds in the theme “Despicable Me”. Each bedroom decorated to the highest standard but still unique! All with flat screen TV's and plenty storage space.
You can also enjoy a game of pool or ping pong in the games room, or the adults can all watch a movie or a sports game together in the 7 seat theater room, while the kids watch their own show in the upstairs loft/lounge.
Why not take a dip in your very own Private Pool and Spa where you can make the most of the famous Florida sunshine at any time during the day as the pool is Southwest facing! Ideal place to sit and relax on the sun loungers or have an outdoor meal around the patio table by the pool.
About The Area
The property has 2 fridges. There are also 3 gated and supervised 24/7 entrances. The properties are all maintained to extremely high standards with every house having inground sprinklers and lawn and garden care frequently giving the whole neighborhood a very lush and green and well kept appearance. By the way the garbage is picked up daily from a container at your front door. It took me a day to figure where my garbage went. :) We have stayed and rented at many properties over the the years and this location is by far the nicest, most well kept and safest we have found!

Not be be used for purposes other than vacations. Must be over 25yrs to rent property. No loud noise outside after 11pm - Polk County by-law. Rental agreement provided before decision to rent.
