Large spacious villa with private pool which can be heated if required with additional cost!.We have a Lanai with overhead Fan to provide a bit of shade! The pool is not over looked at the back. All towels are provided for your use including Pool Towels, no need to bring any! We have a New Washing Machine and Dryer in the utility room for guests to use as well as an iron and ironing board! The Community has a pool, tennis courts, Basketball & a children's play area just at the end of our road. We are next to the newly opened Northeast Regional Park the park has access to Lake Davenport for boating and fishing, tennis, racquetball, soccer, basketball, children's play area, picnic areas and a walking/jogging path.

One of those bedrooms is even Disney themed with two twin sized beds! We provide all bed linens. Additionally, our villa also boasts two and a half bathrooms and we provide the towels! The kitchen has its own breakfast nook and is fully furnished with everything you need. Conveniently, there are an abundance of grocery stores to include Publix and Walmart located nearby to stock up for meals and snacks! We have a formal dining room located in the front of the house to gather everyone around the table for dinner or to map out your itinerary for your Disney adventure. The living room area of the home boasts vaulted ceilings, giving the space an even bigger feel. With plenty of seating and a flat screen television with cable, your family will surely want to gather around in the evenings for conversation. Your children will love our game room well equipped with an air hockey, pool table, PS3 and CD player! NEW! Recently added a Soccer Table!
The crowning jewel of the property is located in the backyard. Lounge in our pool furniture around the sparkling 30’ private pool enclosed with screening. This is the perfect place to cool down from the Florida heat after a long day with your family at the parks and maybe fire up the gas grill. You can even enjoy the Disney fireworks, which can be seen right from the backyard! We provide floaties and pool towels, so you don’t have to bring those with you! The pool can also be heated for an additional cost.
