This unique private townhome is an end unit which features a private reserve on both sides, with enough space to sleep eight comfortably in the four rooms. On the First floor is the living room where guest can sit back and relax and watch a movie on your large flat screen TV. You may even see some Florida wildlife as this room overlooks a conservation area. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher as well as all the small appliances you would find at home. Pots, pans, dishes and all the equipment that you will need to present a gourmet meal, and a high top counter with bar stools perfect for seating during a quick bite instead of using the dining table, which seats six. Guest can also enjoy dessert and coffee out in the screened in patio. Also on the first floor is a queen master bedroom with ensuite, and a shared half bathroom. On the second floor there is the king master bedroom with ensuite, and two double twin bedrooms that are connect with a shared bathroom. Each bedroom in the home has a flat screen tv and there is wireless internet throughout the home.
