This property was perfect for the 7 of us. The 2 adult couples had plenty of room in the 2 master suites, while the 4 kids appreciated their own areas in the 2 bedrooms with single beds. We did not opt for the pool heat, but it was the perfect temperature in late June. There was plenty of space to spread out, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The appliances were not the latest, but worked fine. We weren't sure whether we would like to hard / tile floors throughout, but we did. The clubhouse, pool, and tiki bar were a short walk away, and the kids enjoyed them as well as the mini-golf. We did not visit the theme parks on this trip, but there were plenty of stores (grocery, Target, Walmart, etc.) as well as restaurants within a short drive. Check-in / check-out went smooth. We had no issues that required attention, so cannot comment on response time.

It was as nice as the internet photos!
Every thing was as expected or much better than expected. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Only negative was the wi-fi service was virtually very poor.

Lovely place as base camp for the parks
We stayed for 9 nights and we would highly recommend the place if 30-35 minutes commuting to the parks (Disney) are ok with you. The house was spacious, clean and basic stuff for cooking available. Kitchen appliances are ok although may require an update not further down the road. Amenities as tv channels and wifi are brilliant. The community center is also a positive and the kids loved the minigolf. If I can ask for something, as expresso coffee lover, I'd have appreciated a Nespresso coffee machine. Maybe not that popular in the US but really great for that pick me up in the morning. We arrived late in the night and the access to the house was easy and Colin supported our questions immediately and efficiently.

Wonderful house. Five star rating
We had a wonderful visit with our children and grandchildren over a two week period. The house is great and the kitchen is very well equipped. We had a pool light out and called the manager Colin, and he took care of it right away. We would rent again.
