This place was absolutely gorgeous
I was very impressed with the layout and location of the property. It was minutes away from Disney, restaurants, and shopping centers. I would definitely recommend this rental and have plans on utilizing it the next time I'm in town. The owner responded to all inquiries within minutes, it was a pleasure doing business with him.

This home did was wonderful!
We had a large group of 16 people and this home was perfect. It was big enough for all of us. The kids loved the pool and the theater room. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to accommodate a large group. The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable. The kids loved the theme rooms. The owner of this home was very easy to work with and responsive. The first floor bedrooms mad it easy for our family member in a wheelchair. This house looks just like the pictures. We traveled to Cocoa Beach for a day (one hour drive) and Clearwater Beach (about 1 1/2 hour drive) and Disney was less than 30 minutes. The location of this home was perfect for us.

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful home , with a large family we had loads of room, The home is very cozy and comfortable, children's room are very cute , master bedroom awesome! children loved the pool and hot tub, along with the movie room ..... This is a lovely home for large family/friends to enjoy their vacation time

Beautiful Home
This home is great! We had a large group and it accommodated all of us, 16 people. The kids loved the theater room, which is the best I've seen in a rental thus far and we travel at least twice a year. The pool was an added bonus and the upstairs master was my oasis. You will not be disappointed with this rental. It is decorated with great attention to detail down to the paintings on the walls everything is newly decorated like it says.. The owner is great to work with and was super helpful as with any vacation everything isn't always perfect , but he seriously wants your stay to be and goes the extra mile to make that happen. I would definitely rent from him again. You will not be disappointed. Restaurants and grocery are also close by. Thanks Dustin Wu and your management company!!! Everything was great!!!!

About The Area
This villa is conveniently located in a very beautiful and quiet community at exit 58 of the i-4 through great Champions Gate. Orlando airport is about 35 minutes away; a huge range of golf courses are within an easy drive to suit all abilities and budgets, including the world famous Champion Gate courses designed by Greg Norman.
Local amenities include banks, supermarkets like wal-mart and target, fast food restaurants, pharmacies and tons of different restaurants, all within a 5-10 minute drive. Our villa is managed by a professional management company. The gulf coast is only an hour or so away to the west, with the perfect white sandy beaches of Clearwater and St Petersburg. This side of Florida is also the home of Busch Gardens, a park blending the latest rides with a variety of wild animals. To the east it is an easy journey to destinations such as Daytona beach and the Kennedy Space Center.
