Outstanding, beautiful and well decorated
Our stay was from December 24 through December 31. We had seven adults and five kids from ages 1 to 12 years old. There was enough bedroom and bath facilities for all to be easily accommodated. On route 192 there is a plethora of restaurants and places to eat if you choose to go out to eat. We used the kitchen to prepare breakfast and dinner and there were utensils, plates to easily cook within the home. The listing of the amenities and pictures accurately represents what you will get and the furniture, fixtures and wall paintings and hangings augment the home’s ambiance and atmosphere. The property was clean and is being well maintained, each group of persons who comes in has their own standards and could leave a massive job for the cleaning crew to take care of before the next family enters. That is a variable that cannot be controlled or determined and could affect your circumstances. However, when we experienced minor maintenance, issues the manager provided outstanding customer service and all of the minor issues were addressed, professionally and in an expeditious manner. I would give this home and property an outstanding rating and we will be coming back. Points of Reflection 1. The drive to the Disney Theme parks from the home is less than 15 miles away and takes 20 minutes if you leave the house by 8:00 am. If you leave later than that because of the traffic it could take 45 to 60 minutes to get to and enter the Magic Kingdom Park. 2. The Publix grocery store, Wendy’s, Miller’s bar and other stores are in the Champions Gate shopping center which is less than 2 miles from the home. 3. The club house with its heated pool and water slide is a five-minute walk from the house and from the pool in the house you can see the club house. The club house has workout equipment for the adults. 4. The theater room in the house has a 90-inch smart TV, UHD screen that was compatible with our Amazon Fire stick with big boy reclining seats. If you have Amazon prime you can zone out watching all the latest flicks for the kids and adults. We had two movie nights and great fun, watching football games too! The room is set up like a theater with those in the back row sitting up higher so they can see over the heads of those in the front row. 5. The garage has been converted into a game room and it was fun to play air hockey and basketball shoot outs with a point score built into the nets. 6. The home

Walk to the Oasis Club House from this vacation pool & spa home perfect for a large family or multiple families Champions Gate Resort. This awesome home has 8 bedrooms / 5 bathrooms and one of the largest pools available with a spa with two table that will seat 12 people. There are also 5 lounge chairs to enjoy the Orlando sun and another seating area. Additionally, the back yard is wide open and next to the club house and community pool.
The bedding configuration is excellent and practical for large groups. The first floor has a king size bed master suite with TV and private bath with a walk out to pool area through master bath. There is also another king size bed, shared bath and TV. The second floor hosts another king size bed and TV, 2 queen beds and TV, 2 full with a twin and 2 full with another full with 3 sharable bathrooms.. The bedrooms also include blackout shades in addition to the blinds on the windows which keep the room extra dark to keep you in a deep slumber.
The huge granite and stainless steel kitchen that is fully stocked for your vacation cooking. Five people can sit at the breakfast bar which compliments the dining area which seats another 12 people. Included in this space is a very comfortable leather sofa sectional where you can relax and enjoy the 50 inch TV.
The kids will love the media room on the second floor where they can enjoy their favorite shows on the massive 70 inch TV with theater style seating. Just outside of the media room is a den with a 47 inch TV.
You can also enjoy a game of air hockey or foosball. If this isn't enough, there is another TV in this room and gaming station. This home will bring the excitement of Disney to you and have the kids talking about your trip for months to come.
