The accommodation cannot be shared assigned or sublet and only persons named on the booking form are permitted to stay in the property. Large gatherings of people other than listed on booking form are not allowed unless prior agreement with Enchanted Villas LLC*. Persons, children under the age of 21 years are not acceptable unless accompanied by a parents or an adult. Pets and Smoking are not allowed. Any infringements of these conditions may result in the bond being withheld and/or immediate termination of rental.
*Any special occasions such as weddings, receptions, family reunions or increase of occupants (guests not registered on registration form) must be disclosed at the time the reservation is made and is subject to Owner's advanced approval. Prom parties, fraternity or sorority parties and graduation parties are not allowed at any time. Adults cannot rent property on behalf of underage guests, no exception

Cancellation by the Client
Any cancellation by the client must be notified in writing or e-mail directly to Enchanted Villas LLC. Cancellation by telephone will not be accepted. In the event of cancellation by the client, the following charges will apply:

More than 10 weeks........ Deposit only.
Less than 10 weeks ..........100% of all costs (i.e. No reimbursement)
Note: If a Guest requests a cancellation 60 Days or more before check-in, Owner will make a “best effort” to re-rent the property. If the Owner is able to successfully re-rent the reserved period, the Owner will refund the total rental payment less a $250 servicing fee. It is recommended that all guests take out adequate travel/medical/personal insurance at the time of booking
Cancellation by Enchanted Villas LLC
In the unlikely event that circumstances beyond our control necessitate cancellation of the booking. We will refund any moneys paid by the party leader (without interest), compensation or sub sequential loss of any kind.
