You enter the villa into the living/dining room and then walk through into the fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room and from here into a large family room with TV, stereo and plenty of comfortable seating.
The patio doors from the lounge take you onto the extended pool deck area which is completely screened and has plenty of comfortable pool furniture. Here you can watch the beautiful Florida sunsets. The pool can be heated for those cooler winter days.
The other three bedrooms comprise of a queen bedroom, twin bedroom and a double bedroom - a separate bathroom is adjacent to these rooms. The house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay; the kitchen has labor saving devices, a large cooker and a large fridge/freezer, with the laundry room having a large capacity washer and dryer.
Hampton Lakes has community facilities which include a swimming pool, 2 tennis courts, a basketball court and a volley ball court along with a children’s play area and a landscaped BBQ area.
