We have a private pool (15x30) with extended pool deck.which has screening and planting for your privacy. An ideal place for the family to relax in between or after action-packed days. Our home is equipped to a high standard with vaulted ceilings, full kitchen, laundry, 3 TVs all with Internet world TV, DVD player and DVD library, and hair dryer. For your safety, all doors leading to the pool are alarmed and a safe is also available for your use. Our local management company are available 24 hours a day to assist you. Our vacation rental home is centrally located for access to the attractions and activities Orlando and Florida have to offer. Our home has open plan living dining and kitchen areas. The living ares gives direct access to the pool and has a TV, DVD, CD/radio and telephone with free calls to the USA, Canada and Porto Rico. We offer free wi fi to our guests. We have 3 sofas, one of which converts to a queen sizes sofa bed. Our dining area has a table and 6 chairs and our kitchen has all you need to cater for your family, with Cooker, Dishwasher, Freezer, Fridge, Hob, In-Sink Food/Waste Disposal, Kettle,Coffee Maker, Toaster, Microwave, Tumble Dryer, Washing Machine and all plates, cutlery etc. Our home has 4 bedrooms. The 1st Master has a king sized bed and en suite with bath and shower.This room has direct access to the pool area through patio doors and through the bathroom.This room also has a TV, a walk in wardrobe with a safe. The 2nd Master has a queen bed with en suite which has a walk in shower.This room also has a TV. There are 2 twin rooms with 2 single beds in each and our 3rd Bathroom also has a bath with a shower. One of the twin rooms is Disney themed. Linens and towels provided. We have a large South east-facing fully-screened heatable pool with extended pool deck.Enjoy the sun all day, as you swim or relax. Our pool area has a dining table and 6 chairs and 2 sun-loungers. There are gardens to the front and rear.Our home is also built on a larger plot than many homes. Planting has been done to each side of the pool and privacy screening has been installed to give more privacy to guests. Pool heating is usually needed between November and March. The pool area can be reached through patio doors directly from the living room or patio doors from the 1st Master bedroom. There is also access from the bathroom off the master which is the ideal place to dry off when you need to come back into the home after a swim. All the external doors leading to the pool are alarmed so that children cannot enter the pool area without your knowledge. Visiting the Orlando area for a magical vacation?
