This luxury villa with its South-Facing pool/deck receives direct sunshine from rise to set - perfect for absorbing the Floridian Sunshine!!! The backyard overlooks a conservation reserve with no abutting homes to the rear and 6' high hedges on the side perimeter for added privacy. An efficient gas-fired pool heater provides warm water even on the chilliest January night.
On the pool deck there are four Lounge Chairs - perfect for curling up with a great novel, napping or tanning. Under the covered dining area (lanai) is a table with six chairs - ideal for stepping into the shade with a cool beverage or for al-fresco dining and conversation late into the evening. Speaking of al-fresco dining, the complimentary Propane Grill completes the experience.
Have it all in your own private oasis - southern exposure, lanai for shade, gas-fired pool heater and free BBQ.
INTERIOR
This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is perfect for sharing with two couples because the two master-bedrooms are located on either side of the house - each complete with their own en-suite bathroom, access door to pool deck and a 32" HDTV. Sometimes you just need to escape...
The living area has hardwood floors, a big comfy leather couch, love-seat and chair. For those evening when you just need to chill, a 46" HDTV with over 300 cable channels and DVD player is just the thing. Come home and relax in these overstuffed loungers after a hectic day at the park!
The Kitchen is spacious with a breakfast counter for those quick lunches and a dining table with seating for eight. This full kitchen has all your major appliances and all the are minor one at your finger tips - 4 slice toaster, tea kettle, ice-maker, blender, slow-cooker, hand-mixer, coffee grinder, sandwich grill, etc.
