The house is on a gated estate called the manors at Westridge which is a great location for getting to all the theme parks and shops etc. For those of you who know the area it is on hwy27 next to highlands reserve, and opposite Hampton lakes. Westridge is midway between interstate 4 and the us192
The manors at Westridge community is part residential and part rental and the homeowners association ensure the estate is kept very clean and tidy.
The journey from Orlando international airport takes around 40 minutes and Sanford airport approximately one hour & fifteen minutes.
If you haven't visited Florida before and don't know where to start then we are happy to help guide you with regards to flights, car hire, attraction tickets, visa waiver procedures etc
Our house is the perfect base for visiting Walt Disney world, Universal Studios & Seaworld, plus all the fantastic shopping malls. You can easily reach Kennedy space center & the east coast beaches plus some of the gulf of Mexico resorts in approx. 90 minutes by car. If you fancy visiting Miami during your stay then expect the journey south to take around 4 hours.

There are many shops, including large Publix and Walmart supermarkets, restaurants, banks, post office, petrol stations etc, all within a few minutes by car.
We feel that our home is the ideal place to relax after a long and hectic day at the theme parks, or shops. Sit by the pool with an ice cold drink and soak up some of that gorgeous Florida sunshine.
For the golfers among you, there are several championship courses just minutes away by car. Please get in touch for more information on this if needed.
The open plan kitchen has just about everything you could possibly need during your stay. For those of you who really don't want the hassle of cooking whilst on holiday then there are literally 100's of reasonably priced restaurants on the us192 which is just minutes away. You will also find places to eat on the us27, including Appleby's, chilli's, Perkins, bob Evans, cracker barrel, plus many others.
The swimming pool has been painted in electric blue and looks stunning.
The house is looked after and managed by a local company who ensure that the pool is kept crystal clear and the lawn neat and trimmed. Food and drink welcome packs can be pre ordered for our guests although a large Publix supermarket is just a couple of miles down the road.
