The living room has a comfortable sofa sleeper for two. It is located in the exclusive gated community of Aviana Resort, a tropical hideaway of swaying palms, rich green foliage and exotic flowers. Aviana is also surrounded by a wild conservation area. It is less than 15 minutes away from the gates of Disney. Other Florida attractions and spectacular beaches are only a short drive away. Championship golf courses are within a five minute drive. Our home away from home is a perfect base to explore all of the exciting attractions in Orlando. The villa is fully air conditioned and is ideal for a large family or two smaller families to share. We furnished it with high quality furniture with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. There is no smoking within the villa for the safety and comfort of all guests.

Our home has a carpeted game room to keep the kids amused on those rare rainy days in Florida. The game room has a pool, foosball, and air hockey table plus an electronic basketball hoop. It also has a bar table with three bar stools for snacking while playing. It is also equipped with a radio for listening to music.
