The outside area is private and serene and offers the perfect backdrop for relaxing in the Florida sun on your large, screened-in patio. Your private pool, which is the largest custom pool in any vacation home in the Aviana Resort Community, is surrounded by comfortable patio furniture.
Fully Equipped Kitchen
The kitchen is one of the few in Aviana that has a gas stove for the serious chef in your family. With granite countertops, a gas stove and the large dining room, this home is perfect for our guests who like to congregate in the kitchen.
Living Area
There is a living room off of the kitchen with a flat screen television and soft couches for relaxation and for watching your favorite TV show.
There is a powder room downstairs with toilet and sink.
Game Room
If the parks, the golf and the swimming is isn’t enough to keep you busy than you’ll be happy to have the opportunity to challenge your group to many games of pool in your villa!
