Fantastic villa!
Lovely spotlessly clean villa! We were a family of 9 and didn't get under each other's feet at all! Hot tub was amazing to go in at night to rest weary legs after a full days walking at Disney! Kids loved the Xbox and games room with the home cinema! More than enough to do in this home without going to Disney! Pool was lovely but still a bit cool in early April so opted to heat it for the second week which was great for the children. This home is situated on a lovely gated community and the gym, play area, communal pool (heated) was a nice relaxing area! Not too far from Publix store, Walmart a little further away but within easy reach of shops and restaurants. We tended to eat on the way home from the parks at nearby Championsgate. Everything in the villa that was needed, lovely bedrooms with flat screen tv's in each room. Will definitely be looking to book again in the future. Thanks for letting us share your lovely home Tina!

Large, newer home with lots of space for families
Beautiful newer home with your own pool and hot tub in the backyard. Spacious with comfortable beds including 2 king beds, 2 doubles, and two bedrooms with two twin beds in each. Lots of sitting areas from comfy sectional with tv and surround sound to quiet sitting area with another sectional. Or enjoy a seat in the games room on one of the three couches and watch a movie on a large screen. Eating areas include dining table with 6 chairs, kitchen table with 4 chairs, or eat outside on the patio with a table and 6 chairs. Amble bathrooms and showers too. House was spotless upon arrival and Tina was great to deal with. Kids loved the heated pool ( an extra cost to pay for heat) and the adults loved the hot tub. ( another additional cost to heat) they loved the games room as well. Has a washer and dryer but takes a long time to dry clothes but works good. The stove was slow so leave yourself extra time to cook. Took a long time for oven to preheat and burners were slow. Has a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. We found there to be a lack of decent quality pots and pans, especially frying pans. No large bowls but enough of other plates and dishes. Had ample towels and a few beach towels but the quality could be better. Sheets and comforters were good quality and bedrooms nicely decorated with TV's in each room. There is a stroller but we did use it as it was not an easy one to use at the parks. There are just the basics when you arrive. 1 roll of paper towel, and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. A bar of soap per bathroom, 2 dishwasher tabs, dish towels but not 1 dishcloth and no dishwasher detergent. Only 1 garbage bag. We found buying all of the things for the house like dishwasher tabs, salt and pepper, etc....really added up and hard to purchase small amounts of items needed for a short stay. There is a bbq but you have yo buy your own charcoal unless someone else leaves some like we did when we left. Great pizza at the gas station just down the road and Wednesday's it's really cheap. Walmart and Aldi's is about a 20 minute drive where the Publix is about 10. Publix is expensive if items not on sale but offer a great assortment of everything. I would recommend this home to family and friends but would caution people to understand the pricing before you commit. It is advertised in UK currency so the dollar difference can be substantial. Converting to Canadian dollars was a shocker, and more than I had expected initially.

From the minute you pull up , you see an amazing property it sits on a big corner plot , you open the door to the smell of a new home, everything new and shinny, as you enter you have the formal living room and dinning room to your right , stairs to the left , continue through to the large kitchen and the colourful main living area where you will find a 55'' smart TV , free Netflix , free wifi
(There are no package deals in this home lol)
As you open the door to your private pool , you have amazing open views with hot tub , west facing so the sunsets are magical ever night .
The games room has air hockey table, pool table , toys for the young ones to play , I've also put a ceiling fan and air conditioning unit in , this does help in the summer months .
There is also another children's room upstate on the landing ,it has a 42'' Tv with Xbox 360 and games , books , CDs ( the house is so big you never get under each other's feet lol )
There are 2 master bedrooms one up and one downstairs
All bedrooms have flat screen TVs , and ceiling fans
