The community is nestled among oak tree lined streets and boasts over 600 Palm trees which adorn our wonderful community. There are plenty of activities for all ages within the resort on days that guests simply wish to lounge around the villa, for instance, the communal facilities which, are available to all guests staying in Hampton Lakes, include a large swimming pool, two Children’s play areas, a volleyball court, two tennis courts and two basketball courts!
Access to all of Orlando’s world famous attractions could not be easier; it only takes 10 minutes by car to reach Walt Disney Word and 20 minutes to reach Universal Studios and Sea World. For those looking to hit the links, the world famous Champions Gate Golf course (36 holes, masterfully designed by Greg Norman) is a 2 minute drive from the villa with Highland Reserve Golf Club just across the street.
The interior of our executive villa has been professionally designed and furnished to an exquisite standard; the family room has a 50 inch HDTV with full cable, DVD player, and Netflix, two leather couches, and glass coffee and end tables. The villa is equipped with secure Wi-Fi internet and unlimited calls throughout the USA, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances and is fully loaded with all the basics – and more! It contains a fridge/freezer with filtered water and ice maker, electric stove, mounted microwave, dishwasher, and food disposer. Kitchen cupboards are stocked with plenty of glasses, tableware, pots, pans, cutlery, and cook ware. There is no shortage of small appliances to meet your unique needs, such as a toaster oven, electric kettle, Keurig coffee maker, classic coffee maker, juice maker, hand mixers, steamer, rice cooker, crockpot /slow cooker, mini muffin maker, electric grill, sandwich maker, waffle maker, popcorn maker, mini burger grill, and bake wear(for cookies, cake, mini cakes). A high chair and playpen play yard is provided for those traveling with small children.
The property is fully air-conditioned and has ceiling fans in the main living areas and master bedrooms. The pool is 28 ft x 14 ft on an extended deck area with brand new high end patio furniture. The pool has a heater with optional heating at an additional charge if necessary. The deck contains a 6 person hot tub available for guests for a small extra charge. The King Master Suite is decorated in a very traditional style, with a King size bed and a 48 inch television with DVD player. The en-suite bathroom is enormous! With his and her vanities, the bathroom also has a full garden tub, separate shower stall, and a separate enclosure for the lavatory. You can also access to the pool deck, for easy access to the facilities after a dip in the pool! Each of the master en-suite bathrooms come equipped with 2 bath robes and bath towels personalized for 'His' and 'Hers'.
The Queen Master Suite has a queen size bed and 32 inch LCD flat screen TV with build-in DVD player. The en-suite bathroom in the Queen Master bedroom has a single vanity unit and shower.
The third bedroom is modelled with a more modern flare. It contains a queen size bed, 12” television and DVD player.
The fourth bedroom is designed as a children’s bedroom with two twin beds, a 21” TV and VHS-DVD player. There are also board games and Disney movies available to entertain the kids for hours.
The third bathroom is smaller than the two en-suite bathrooms but still contains a single vanity unit, full bath and shower.
The games room supplies hours of entertainment for all ages with a billiard, foosball, and ping pong tables as well as a dart board. Pool toys as well as basketballs, volleyballs, and tennis rackets are provided for those wishing to enjoy some of the communal facilities on the resort.
The utility room located in the house is well equipped with a washing machine and dryer, outdoor/indoor drying rack, iron and ironing board, broom, mop, bucket, and vacuum.
Two sets of white bed linens are provided for each bed. Linens are changed after each guest and extra linens are provided and can be changed by guests during the stay. There are plenty of bath, pool, and beach towels for guests, and extra tea towels for the kitchen. The villa is thoroughly cleaned prior to each new guests’ arrival, however, if required, a cleaner can be arranged at extra cost. The regular cleaning fee is included for all bookings over 7 nights.
