This beautiful home is located on the semi-rural community of Sandy Ridge, one of the best kept secrets in the area. It is ideally located for all Florida has to offer, as there is quick and easy, virtually traffic free access to all the major roads connecting the main tourist areas and both coasts. You will find Sandy Ridge off CR532 (Osceola Polk County Line Road). All homes are well off this road so there is no traffic noise. Exit 58 (Champions Gate) from Interstate 4 (I-4) is just minutes away as is the 192 (marker 5) and Highway 27.
There are lakes with an array of wildlife, sidewalks and a children’s’ play area. The community, whilst not gated does have its own security patrol .
There are 2 large supermarkets nearby, one at Champions Gate and the other even closer at Ovation on the County Line, Old Lake Wilson Road crossroads. There are numerous small stores and eating places in the Champions Gate area, with several championship golf courses also nearby. This is the ideal location for anyone wanting a quiet location, close to the action but with a feel of rural America.
The villa has 2 living areas, a formal dining area, nook and full kitchen. The family room has a 40' LCD TV and there are TVs in each of the 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are master suites. The first master has a King bed whilst the second had a queen bed.
There are two further twin rooms - all with ceiling fans. The rooms are decorated with his and her themes.
The pool area overlooks tranquil woodland and has chairs and loungers. There is also a pool safety fence for kids.
There is a games room, gas grill, long distance phone and high speed internet access for your use at no extra cost.
