Colin and Dianne were great hosts. everything was as described, very clean and spacious. will definately recommend and hopefully be back soon. all amenities including pool were excellent also.

Immaculate accommodation in a fabulous location
Dianne and Colin could not have been more helpful - a complete joy dealing with them both. We are a bit of a picky family who demand high quality on our holidays. Fortunately we hit the jackpot...first night of arrival my teenage daughters gave me 10 out 10 for my selection....need I say any more. Book it while you can.

Felt like home away from home!
We arrived to 308 Terrace Ridge Circle after a long day of travel and immediately felt at home. Everything about our unit was very comfortable. We spent our first four days at the Orange County Convention Center, watching our daughter play in the AAU Junior National Volleyball Tournament. This meant that we spent very little time in the condo and couldn't wait to come back from an extremely loud convention center to a nice quiet place away from the hustle of downtown Orlando. The condo itself is just a short drive away from EVERYTHING! It was also easy on/easy off of I-4. It is also close to grocery shopping so we did not have to eat out every meal. Four days of volleyball also meant that we had laundry, in the way of uniforms, that needed to be washed. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer in our unit. It was also nice to not come home with suitcases full of 9 days worth of dirty laundry! Being on the ground level, we were in close proximity to the pool. (The kids loved that part!) Everyone we chatted with out by the pool was so friendly. We also ran into other families who were there for the volleyball tournament! There is definitely a market there for the AAU tournament! I also have to thank Colin and Dianne for extremely prompt responses when we had questions. When it comes to "customer service", we were treated more like family! ❤️ I will gladly, and wholeheartedly, recommend this property to friends and family!

So much room
We had a wonderful week at the condo. We flew in on Sunday and stayed until the next Sunday when we drove to Ft Lauderdale. The three bedrooms are spacious and the two bathrooms have double sinks in both. Sure makes is handy when you have several people getting ready at the same time. The large binder with directions to the parks was very handy and we loved reading it. Knowing that the author of the binder is from England made it even more special for us as we have hosted an exchange student from Manchester. After visiting her on two occasions the binder brought back fond memories of our time in England. The only suggestion we have would be to put some hooks in the master bathroom. We had no where to hang up wet towels or our clothing to change into, so we pinched the over the door hooks from the laundry room. The shower also needs a shelf for shampoo or soap. We did have to purchase toilet paper as there was only 1 role in each bath room, and no washer soap, so we bought a bag. The twin beds could use new mattress they were very squeaky and hard for an adult to sleep on but would be ok for children. There were no instructions in the binder on what to do when you left, so we stripped the beds and washed the sheets leaving them in the dryer. Then we ran the dishwasher. That is what we have been instructed to do in past rentals. The condo is nicely decorated and so close the the Disney parks. I think the farthest park is only 20 minutes drive. We are hoping to visit Orlando again in November when the weather is cooler (May is to hot for Disney) and bring other friends with us. This would be the perfect place to stay and you CAN'T beat the price. Our week stay was cheaper than renting 2 rooms at Disney for 2 nights in the cheapest rooms at the park. The condo is within 3 minute drive to the grocery store and only 5 minutes to lots of restaurants. The dinning room table can seat 6 and the kitchen is well stocked to fix a meal. Having the key pad for the door entrance is great! No key to worry about when you leave for the day. I give the place an A and 5 stars. I will also put my review on Trip Advisor.
