If you can't find something to do in this house, you're in the wrong one!! We had a family reunion for my mother's 80th birthday. There were 13 of us and we fit in this house with room to spare. The kitchen is great, plenty of kitchen ware to go around. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great sizes and very up to date. We were here for 5 nights and did something different each night. The pool room/poker room was terrific. Same for the garage with all the games out there. The pool was terrific and we did NOT heat it. It was just the right temp for cooling off in 85-90 degree Florida sun. (If you want the spa heated, you do have to heat the pool, only drawback. It was too hot for us to care) I would absolutely rent this house again!! Craig from the property management group stopped by our 1st morning and let us know if we needed anything to just give him a call.

Awesome!
I stayed here just as the house was completed; before it was officially listed for rent. I was with my husband, 2 small children, parents-in-law, and sister-in law and her husband. This was a great place to relax with our family. So nice to travel and not have to bring the extras (like playpen and highchair) for our one year old. The house was so spacious and clean. We loved that we could enjoy the pool and also just sit outside under the screen. The house is warm and inviting and could definitely be great for large families as when the kids went to bed they couldn't hear the adults downstairs playing games. I would recommend this house with all the extras to any families or groups of people wanting a comfortable get-away close to all amenities and distractions.

Best Vacation Home We Have Ever Stayed In
The vacation home we rented this year was truly the best house we have ever stayed in. The house was well kept and furnished exquisitely. The seven kids had a wonderful time playing in the game rooms, the one in the garage was very warm and could use more air flow, but none the less fun. They also had a lot of fun playing in the pool everyday. The pool was bigger than most of the neighbors pools. Also the side yard was big enough to play yard games and run around in. There was enough room in the house for everyone to do their own thing when we got tired of each other. All twelve of us went to Sea World and all the kids wanted to do was come back and swim! Due to the size of the house and the amount of people in it another refrigerator would've been nice, but we made due with what we had. The house was upgraded to the fullest and modern. The management company did an outstanding job to keep us enjoying our stay by checking up on us every few days. We will most definitely consider staying in this house for our next vacation!

Outstanding!
On a scale of 1-10, this home was a 10. Exceptionally well appointed and exceeded all of my expectations. Plenty of space, and a great layout for families. Elegant furniture and enough flat screen TV's to make everyone happy. The house is on the end of a block so you're not surrounded by neighbors and the pool has a screen surrounding it (not pictured) to add another layer of privacy. We had a minor power problem but it was identified and fixed expeditiously. Management company was polite and checked on us upon arrival. Price point was on par with other homes of this caliber, and if you are a military family as about a discount! Location was close enough to Disney properties. We didn't want to be too close, 15 minute drive. I would definitely rent this home again and recommend to friends/family!!!!

This amazing home is located on a prime lot in The Retreat at Champions Gate. The community is a new development with a host of amenities in the planning that will become available to guests in the very near future and with close proximity to Disney and all major attractions. This home is perfect for friends wanting to vacation together with enough space to enjoy some relaxation, entertainment or social gatherings. Having been purpose built with family vacation in mind has ensured the floor plan utilizes every square foot to it's maximum potential. Beautiful furnishings with complimenting accents have been used throughout catering to the needs of the guests with every consideration having been taken to ensure your every requirement is catered guaranteeing you an amazing vacation. This amazing home has two king-size masters on the ground floor, one to the front of the home and one at the rear, both with ensuite bathrooms. The living area is open plan and spacious with a formal dining area, large seating area, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter work surfaces which include a breakfast bar for casual dining all overlooking the outdoor living area which can be accessed from the patio doors. At the front of the home is a kids spot, the perfect space for the younger children to enjoy hours of fun with an air-hockey table, ping pong, foosball, TV and PS3 games console. The loft is surrounded by six more bedrooms, three king-size, two with two twin size beds and the sixth having two queen size beds, these bedrooms are served by three full bathrooms.
