The home is extremely comfortable for a large family such as mine. It was clean and was equipped with the basics for us to be able to make meals after our visit to the Disney parks. The parks were about 20 minutes away and the neighborhood was extremely quiet and cozy. Definitely recommend this home to anyone traveling with small children and a large group.

I highly recommend this place
I have stayed in this villa for a week now with family and it was enjoyable safe an clean. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a family friendly getaway. Will defiantly stay here again!!

The house is located in good place
The house is located in a gated and family friendly community. It is just in front of club house, swimming pool and kids play area which are very big advantages to choose this home. House is real big for around 10+ guests to stay. Renato provided enough bath towels before we arrived. Although we reached there late night (around 3 AM), check-in was very breeze and took couple of mins to get access thru' gated community. The house is located in good place to commute to all Disney parks in reasonable distance (around 20 mins drive). We felt that the house could be little bit more cleaner than it should be. Renato mentioned about previous guest smoking in the house and he stated that they cleaned all the odors. But, we still smelled smoking odor. I think they need to clean more. But, all the guests should follow house rules which will help both host and future guests too.
