The house is on the gated community of Regal Palms . The fantastic tropical pool area will have you torn between staying on resort or visiting the parks . There is a waterslide and shallow kids pool area , hot-tub , tikki bar and volleyball court plus a small kids play area . Ample sun-beds around the pool . Bar/restaurant serving meals and snacks . There is a new Banana Jack's indoor themed play area.
On-site is a gym , beauty salon and small shop . There is a large supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away , where there is a Nail/hair salon , English bar selling fish and chips , and eateries - a Chinese takeaway , an Indian Restaurant , a pizza parlour and an Applebees Restaurant.
There is a large Walmart and other eating places within a few minutes drive. Highlands Reserve golf course is adjacent to Regal Palms resort and there are other golf courses nearby.

Cleaning Fee - $85 per stay. Holidays - $10 per day.
These rates include tax. The resort charges $12.95 per night for the use of the pool and clubhouse which unfortunately is out of our control ; this is payable direct on arrival. There are towels provided for use around the pool. A security deposit is taken on arrival and returned following the post departure check.
