Refundable Damage Deposit $250
INCLUDED IN RATE QUOTES is $90 plus tax exit cleaning fee for 1-2 weeks or $125 plus tax exit cleaning fee for 3-4 weeks and 10.5% tax.
Security deposit is not deductible from rental invoice amount but is returned within 15 days of departure after all keys, parking passes and clickers are returned and unit is checked for loss or damage.
Rental invoice due 30 days before arrival in cash, personal check, money order. $250 security deposit required to complete reservation. For refund of deposit, weekly reservation must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, monthly 60 days prior to arrival and there will be a $50 non refundable administration fee for all confirmed reservations.
