Very family friendly and we had the beach all to ourselves. 180 degree uninstructed views of the ocean. WE GOT TO SEE BABY TURTLES HATCH IN FRONT OF THE CONDO!! The unit itself is older but very clean and well kept. We would not hesitate to come back again.

Great place to stay!
This is a great place directly on the beach. Very clean and had everything we needed. The pictures are right on with how it looks. My favorite place was out on the balcony overlooking the ocean, so worth spending a little extra to be right on the beach. This is not part of the public beach so there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy. Larry was great to work with, we had some vehicle problems while driving down and he directed us to a local auto repair shop that was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Gift From God
Larry and this lovely property were truly gifts from God. My daughter and I along with her baby boy arrived on Monday rather than Saturday because we had booked another place in Cocoa Beach. We had to leave after not sleeping for two nights. That's another story. The amazing thing was that this condo was still available. I won't go into that either. But I need to mention that Larry is an honest and gracious business man and a generous host. This condo is light and lovely - truly a little slice of paradise on a private and idyllic stretch of the Atlantic. I can't wait to bring both my husband and son-in-law back! The kitchen is well-appointed. Everything beautifully clean. It's homey yet elegant. Parking is easy. Even the approach from the main road is uniquely private. Everything one needs is provided. I highly recommend this unit and the owners. One other mention is that it is just about a mile from Patrick AFB so you're close enough to destinations south that you don't have to drive all the way through the Cocoa Beach to get to Melbourne where there is a big mall. Last but not least...Taco City is a super short walk and is one of our Cocoa Beach favorites! Thanks again Larry for saving my much-looked-forward-to Spring Break of 2014!

Perfect Vacation
Our family absolutely loved staying here. The condo was outstanding and only 100 yards from a private beach. On any given day there were only 10-15 people within eyeshot of us on the beach. The unit was clean and as advertised. If you're military or retired military, Patrick Air Force Base is a 5 minute drive from here. The owner didn't have a contract to sign which initially concerned me but we got there and had no problems so I would definitely stay here again. Everything you want to do is close by too so I would highly recommend this place.

Enjoy unobstructed ocean and beach views from your 2nd floor direct ocean balcony in a small, six unit complex situated in a quiet, private setting on the southern end of beautiful Cocoa Beach on Florida's Space Coast. You are minutes from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area just north but light years away in terms of peace and quiet and in a perfect spot to watch rocket and shuttle launches from Kennedy Space Center. Orlando International Airport is one hour away and it is an easy drive to Disney World and other Central Florida Attractions.
Watch the sunrise over the ocean from the bed in the master bedroom. You'll love this unit and this part of Cocoa Beach. If you prefer a peaceful, uncrowded, beach experience without spending a fortune, this is for you. High speed Internet so you can stay in touch.
Watch the turtles nesting on our beach from May through September. We can arrange off-shore or flats fishing trips with experienced guides or kayak trips in the tranquil setting of the Thousand Islands in the Banana River just across the street.
