Minimum StayWonderful home with incredible pool area!
We stayed at this home for a week during our visit to Florida. It is in a nice subdivision that is conveniently located near Disney and Universal Studios. The home has tons of room for a large group. It was so nice having 3 bathrooms! The pictures are spot on and the home is nicely decorated with and has very comfortable furnishings. The property has been well maintained and everything was in working order. The owners have supplied plenty of towels, pool towels, and kitchen dishes for use. The best part of this home is the pool area. There is a wonderful covered patio with table and chairs for those wanting shade and the pool gets sun the entire day into the evening! Having 4 wonderful lounge chairs by the pool was a plus. The owners were extremely accommodating and responded quickly to any need or question that we had. The barbecue was not functioning when we arrived and they quickly supplied us with a new one to use!!! The only drawback was not having basic items supplied or leftover items from previous guests such as salt and pepper, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, coffee filters, etc. I would highly recommend this home for any family that wants a fabulous getaway while they visit the Orlando area! Fantastic Home!
The house was large, clean and we loved the pool! We were with our daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter and we all had a wonderful time. The beds were all very comfortable and the home is close to grocery stores and shopping as well as restaurants. We drove down and back from Ontario and wished we had booked it for another week! Great time was had by all!
Centrally located for access to both coasts and all Orlando amusement parks. Great private pool and spacious accommodations! Plenty of nearby shopping for groceries. Plenty of restaurant options. Teenagers and smaller children both had a blast! Only minor issues with BBQ grills being previously heavily used. We hadn't planned on grilling so it wasn't a problem. Overall, impossible to beat the accommodations for the price.

Convenient and clean
The entire process of renting this home in Orange Tree, Clermont, FL, was simple and easy. The house was clean and just as the pictures portrayed. The layout of the house allowed our two families enough space. The pool was very nice as well. Pearl and Doug were also very easy to communicate with and they answered any question we had. Additionally, the house was located close to several different attractions in the Orlando, FL area. I would definitely stay here again.

Just a stroll in the neighborhood viewing citrus fruits, spotting Florida ibis and watching the sunset is enough to re-energize you for another day.

The property is maintained and managed by a reputable property management company in Clermont, offering 24/7 services to our guests in need.
The villa is fit with elegant furnishings, quality linens, appliances, gadgets and utensils. It offers the luxuries of a luxury hotel, yet it has the flexibilities of your home. You don't even have to go to restaurants all the time! You can opt instead for the wholesome home-made food. Adding on top of that, if two families share the villa, your vacation will prove to be the most economical luxurious experience of all.
The villa is 11 miles from major Disney theme parks. After a great day meeting Micky and friends, come back home and swim in the underwater lit pool or just soak in the pool side spa, savor the day's fun and let your imagination flow... The pool area is fenced for child safety, screened and with covered lanai. For sunbathing in broad daylight, comfortable loungers, patio table and chairs are there for you to catch the Florida sunshine!
There is a Pool table and a Foosball game - play some games after a hectic day could be a positive change of pace.
There is a family friendly living area with 42' TV, DVD and movies as well as a quiet sitting area to read a book perhaps!
There is a formal dining area as well as a breakfast table for you to plan the day ahead.
Kitchen is open-concept, fully equipped for cooking a complete meal or simply enjoy a drink or two. There are two patio doors in the living room/kitchen area open to the swimming pool/spa.
