With the pool comes a jetted spa, there is also plenty of space with ample furniture for soaking up the Florida Sun and a pool restroom for your convenience.

There are 2 Living areas consisting of a formal Living / Dining area. A Large family room with an excellent entertainment centre with a 32" Large Screen TV, DVD / VCR and Home Theater System, Play station 3 & Games, I pod Charger and Docking Station.
The Kitchen / Breakfast area consists of wood units complete with Breakfast Bar, Kitchen Table, Fridge Freezer, Ice Maker, Filtered Water, Dishwasher, Cooker, Microwave, Smoothie Maker, 4 Slice Toaster, Coffee Maker, Kettle, etc.
5 Bedrooms with 1 King Size, 2 Queen Size, 1 x Twin room with 2 single beds,, Kiddies Room with Bunk Beds (Single/Double Style). These Bedroom suites are so Luxurious.
The Pool Area has extended decking giving more area to enjoy that Florida Sun. There is a large secluded pool and spa area. A BBQ is also available if required and there is a pool bathroom serving the pool area. Heated pool and spa available for the cooler months.
