David was very easy to work with. The townhouse is exactly how it is pictured. It is very clean and modern which we loved. The hardwood floors are great. The TV by the pool is fantastic for just laying out. If your looking for high end accommodations this is the place to stay.

Great place to stay. Loved it.
We loved the quiet area that it is located. We went to Universal Studios 2 days we were there which is about a 30 minute drive. It very comfortably accommodates 6 people. Was very clean. The upstairs carpet has been replaced with vinyl which is much cleaner than carpet. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook if you want. The owners were staying next door while we were there and made us feel right at home. They have installed a TV in the lanai area and provided a gas grill and heated the splash pool which the grandkids loved. They even provide beach towels! It is in a great location in the complex only steps away from the clubhouse (which contains a workout room, game room) and outdoor pool and hot tub. Very relaxing after a day of biking (Van Fleet trail, West Orange trail, and the South Lake/Lake Mineola trails are all within a 30 minute drive). We are already planning to return next year so would definitely recommend it to others.

1. This is Owner operated, no having to call a big management company 5 times just to get a reply.
2.Very modern and clean.
3. Free pool heat, most charge $20/night.
4. TV in the patio/poll area.
5.Free BBQ, usual charge is $50/week.
6. No carpeting in any room, very clean that way.
7. Most peaceful and quiet community in Disney area.
We were so pleased with our original Townhouse we bought the one next door! Newly refurbished, we are sure you will be delighted with our new home.
These Serenity units are so much nicer than almost any other Disney Rental, at any price! They certainly have that "Wow" factor everyone is looking for. Everything is top of the line in design, construction, and quality. These are stylish units that have a contemporary, European feel to them. After only being open two years, this resort is fast becoming a traveler favorite. And at these prices, they are an incredible value, comparable places are $200+/night!
This rental is a SOUTH FACING end unit. Which means you will enjoy plenty of sunlight, which is why you come to Florida in the first place! The splash pool area is terrific for children (and adults!). All the bedrooms have ceiling fans and their own attached bathrooms. Very few Disney area rentals have this feature. And the bathrooms showers/bathtub have porcelain tile all the way to the ceiling, no cheap fiberglass modular units.
You will enjoy all new furniture and decorations throughout the house. Everything is color coordinated. The flooring is all tile and laminate to give this unit a very modern, clean feel. No dirty or worn carpeting. And the TV's are huge! 55" in the living room, 48" in the master bedroom, and 40" in the other bedrooms. There is even a TV out in the pool area!
The master bedroom has a king bed. The bathroom has a large shower and a double sink vanity. It also has access to a huge walk-in closet and big balcony. The other upstairs bedroom is a twin bedroom and also has separate bathroom (with tub/shower combo) and large closet. The downstairs is a queen bed and bath with shower.
The kitchen is FULLY equipped with all dishes and utensils you will ever need for in house dining and meal preparation.
There is free Wi-Fi and cable television for your enjoyment. However there is no land line phone, you will need your cell phone. The clubhouse with pool, hot tub, and exercise room is only one unit away! And if you need more rooms, our other unit is also available
This is an OUTSTANDING rental that is even more amazing when you see it in person. You will not be disappointed. In fact, your only regret will be having to leave!
