Perfect in every way!
Our family could not have had a better time! This condo has absolutely everything you will need and then some. Everything was in good working order, very clean upon arrival, and makes you feel as if your at home. The owner was in contact with us leading up to our vacation, offering helpful information about the Clearwater area to include several restaurant recommendations. The views from the balcony are unbelievable. One afternoon we watched three dolphins playing directly under us! If your looking for a first class condo, in the heart of Clearwater Beach, you just found it!

Great vacation home
My wife and I stayed in April/May 2016 for 2 weeks and had a great time. The apartment is undoubtedly the best equipped home we have stayed in, was in very good condition and was very comfortable to stay in. Watching the dolphins from the balcony was wonderful and we would not hesitate to recommend the apartment to others.

Great Condo
This was my first time to rent a condo. Everything is as it is described. Stayed here with 2 grandchildren and their parents. More than enough room for everybody. The kitchen has everything that you need. The owner is very responsive.

Beautiful Condo,location and sunsets
This was the nicest vacation we have had.The condo is beautiful,the location is within short walking distance to everything(parks,beach,restaurants,stores and nite life for Mom/dad)Pier 60 at nite is a must w/ vendors,entertainment and beautiful sunsets,so bring camera. There are many boat tours,jet ski rentals you can rent.The condo has all of the neccessities,just bring bathing suits/clothes/lots of sunscreen and everything else is taken care of.You will wake up w/ the sun shining in the morning and you can have your coffee on the spacious balcony ,watching the dolphins play right outside your door.We could not have asked for a better condo and the price is right.We will be booking again next year,we enjoyed it that much. Also if you want a great place and affordable prices to eat,Post corner Restaurant is a great place.It accomodated our 18 party and the service/food was excellent.Try the pizza.It will keep you coming back. Safe and Perfect Location
The location is perfect. The owner answered by mail or whatsapp if everything is ok. The evolve-team too. We were 2 weeks in the apartment, 4 people. The quality of the furniture is very good. With the locking system you are safe. Our two senior women were to sleep so well. No pain in the back. It had enough toweling, even for the beach. The balcon is big and the view excellent. We also saw dolphins in the morning. Now we are back in Switzerland thinking of a return to this great apartment. Everything went well with evolve rental. Our english is not so good and we hope you understand our feedback best regards

Beautiful View- Condo Very Open And Clean

Beautiful Spacious Condo Within Walking Distance To Everything On Clearwater Beach
My husband and I recently stayed at Harborview Grande and had a really good time. The condo was very spacious and comfortable. The views of the marina from the large balcony were amazing. We walked every day to Pier 60, Beach, shopping and restaurants, everything was close by. Karen was very helpful with restaurant recommendations. Our favorites were Clear Sky and Speggtacular for breakfasts, Clear Sky and Salt Crackers for lunch, Caesars, Gondolier’s and Salty’s for dinners. Across the street hotel, The Edge, has a beautiful roof top bar with fabulous views of Clearwater Beach. Thank you Karen for making our stay so enjoyable. Camille & Barry

Simply Amazing
Had a great time visiting Clearwater Beach with my husband. The condo is very spacious has everything you need and then some. The balcony is a great place to relax while watching the dolphins frolic below. The location is fantastic. We loved being just steps from the beach and restaurants. We were able to walk everywhere! Definitely check out Salty's and The Edge roof top bar. Overall a great vacation! Looking forward to visiting again next year.

Couldn't Have Been Better
This is officially our favorite place to stay in Clearwater Beach! We have been to Clearwater many times, but this stay was by far the best. The condo is very clean, organized, and has everything you could want and then some. From beach chairs to a kitchen that makes you feel as if your at home, Karen has thought of everything. Fantastic Condo
This was an amazing condo for our group of 5 - extremely well appointed with beach towels, beach chairs, coolers and pool toys. Kitchen fully stocked although we only ate breakfast in. Karen was extremely informative and gave us suggestions for restaurants and things to do in the area. When I enquired about dolphin tours for my daughter she researched it for us and replied very quickly with 2 options. She recommended Little Toot and we followed her advice and saw many dolphins during the 60 minute cruise. She really goes out of her way to ensure your stay is comfortable and the condo is in tip top shape for your stay. We are planning a return trip next year and would definitely stay here again.

Gulf Coast Family Getaway
This is our 6th visit to Clearwater, 3rd time at Harborview Grand but first time in this apartment and I'm pleased to say it did not disappoint. The owner has been extremely informative, even for the likes of us that have been a few times before but it was also the first time we had seen the Dolphins from the apartment balcony. The apartment has a home from home feel ....and as I write this I'm seeing Jason G's review out of the corner of my eye and notice he's expressing the same sentiments. Paradise
This is like a home from home( with a view) The apartment has all the convenient features you would expect and is centrally located for walking to all of the attractions of Clearwater beach. Harborview Grande Condo
Originally booked the condo through Air BNB and was a little nervous about the process and if the experience would be one which I would regret, given that I live overseas with no knowledge of how it worked or the area. Once the process was complete, I could contact the owner directly. This is where it all began to become one of the best accommodation experiences I or my family have had. Karen contacted me almost immediately after the booking was confirmed. Any questions I had were addressed almost immediately and information about the condo, area and amenities were sent to me. All parking and access information was 100% accurate and easy to carry out. On arriving, we were delighted with the condo. The images on the website do not do it justice as it is better in reality! Spotless, spacious, packed with all equipment and amenities and a terrace view over the harbour you could look at for hours. Simply stunning! I would recommend this property and the owner to anyone. Hopefully, we can return again in the future. First class!!!

Amazing View Wonderful Experience
We stayed here for our honeymoon and our experience was so great from start to finish. Karen was very responsive and gave us some incredible recommendations on where to eat around the area. Awesome Experience
After an exhausting week in Orlando, we took a for days relaxing time in Clearwater Beach at Karen's apartment. The pictures you see in the web site do not reflect the quality and comfort of the apartment, which is very well equipped, clean and cozy....the apartment is at walking distance from the beach, many restaurants and has a terrific view to the bay....Karen is totally reachable if you have any problem with the apartment, which was not our case, since everything worked perfectly...strongly recommend the apartment and to spend some days at beautiful Clearwater Beach...

This condo is everthing we hoped for and If we are able to come back to Florida, we will definitely stay here again. We had a mother/daughter get away and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Fantastic Stay
My family and I rented this unit from Karen and I can't say enough about the outstanding experience. The unit was everything she said it would be and then some. This unit had absolutely everything you would need. In fact, I seen three other units while we were there and Karen's was the nicest and had the most amenities. The views from both the Master bedroom as well as the living room were superb. Watching the dolphins and manatees come into the bay to play daily, were a pleasure to see. The property was extremely secure, not that it needed to be, and walking distance to everything. I would highly recommend renting this unit from Karen and we look forward to being a return customer!

Undeniably Wonderful Vacation
The condo was beautiful and comfortable, the weather was warm with sunny skies and we could not ask for a better vacation!! We enjoyed all the activities but really loved the segway tour and seeing the dolphins! I would highly recommend this condo if you want a central location but still close enough to the hotspots!!

Second Visit
My wife and I just returned from our second wonderful visit to Karen's beautiful condo on Clearwater beach. Just as the first time everything was perfect very clean and everything you would ever need for your stay. As the last time we spent many hours on the beautiful deck watching dolphins play. We found a real nice public and free beach just over the bridge in sand key on the left where you can drive your car right on the beach and park close to the water. A must is to visit JD'S restaurant in indian rocks on Wednesdays for buck a burger night their a real half pound lean burger. Another great place to eat and watch the sun set is Jimmy's fish house right across the street. Thank you Karen and John for sharing your beautiful condo with us again.

Amazing Views-Perfect Location- Fabulous Accommodations
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in the luxury waterfront condo in Clearwater beach Florida! The condo unit was better than expected with everything we needed and more. One of our favorite activities was just lounging on the deck while watching dolphin and manatee in the morning and at night after enjoying our day at the beach. The beach is just a short walk away and the location is perfect, right by the restrooms and not the overly crowded section. We were pleased to find great restaurants also in walking distance, as well as fun excursions. Karen, the owner, was so responsive checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and even providing tips on where to go and what to do. We loved this vacation and would highly recommend to anyone!

Awesome! Awesome! Awesome!
The condo was an absolute great choice. Nice central location, very clean, very nicely furnished, kitchen was great and workable (lots of work area), the view form the balcony was wonderful both day and night. The only negative thing (don't like to use the word negative) were the spare bedrooms lack of a way to get them dark at night. The outside lights on the entrance walkway really lite up the room at night even with the blinds closes. Some sort of curtain or darkening shade would be a great improvement. I felt like I slept with a light on all night. I would most definitely come back and recommend this condo to our friends. Had a very relaxing vacation.

A Perfect Week
My family and I were looking forward to a relaxing vacation week at the end of a busy school year. Our first pleasant surprise was the reserved covered parking space inside a secure entrance to the building. We were so pleased when we entered the spacious condo and saw the beautiful decor and how clean everything was. I cannot say enough about the balcony, where we spent so much of our time. The views are gorgeous, the condo is equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the beach was a short walk away. We loved every minute of our stay and much appreciated the detailed information with restaurant recommendations and suggested activities. We hope to return next year!
