Features large front your overlooking Mandalay Ave with Massive Palm Trees and Tiki Hut light at night. 3 foot high wall around house, Great for kids or pets to run around, while guests relax at the Tiki Hut. The Grandview Tiki Hut Cottage features King Size bed with Beautyrest Quality Mattress, Wall bed in kitchen bedroom combo, and queen sofabed in living room. Flat LCD TV.s, and full kitchen. Central air and Central Heat. Feels just like your own Beach house just steps from the sand.
This is a one bedroom house, Kingsize bed in large master bedroom, with a sofabed in living room, and Murphy wall bed ( pull down ) in kitchen. Ideal for a couple with 2 to 4 children looking for a house with kitchen and good value. It is not a 2 bedroom, and not an upscale rental, but clean, remodeled, homey and fun.
