The unit includes HDTV in 4 rooms and lightning speed wireless internet. The Living Room includes an over-sized sofa, recliner and WII Console and numerous DVD movies for your enjoyment. A private elevator provides easy access to all levels for everyone. This unit is fully equipped for fun with beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and beach cart to carry everything. Enjoy the on site pool with lounge chairs and umbrella table.
The fourth floor of this 4-story unit is the private rooftop terrace with views of the sunsets over the Beach, the intracoastal waterway, and the night lights of the Bay Area. Enjoy this outdoor living rooftop space with sofas and chairs.
The third floor contains the Master suite with a King size bed and HDTV. The Master bath includes a large jetted tub and separate large shower and two vanities. This floor also includes a second bedroom with a private bath. The bedroom has two twin beds along with king bedding available should you wish to slide the twin beds together (like they do on a cruise ship) to make a king bed.
The second floor has the living room/dining room, kitchen, full bath and the third bedroom. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, blender, toaster, stainless steel pots and pans, Fiesta dishware, and numerous other items for your convenience. The living room and adjoining balcony has a beautiful view of the Intracoastal Waterway. The bedroom has two twin beds which also has king bedding available should you wish to slide the twin beds together to make a kind bed.
The first floor is the garage and storage area for all the fun stuff available for the beach and play. There is a folding aluminum ping pong table in the garage. The ground level has a patio with grill and dining table just a few steps from the pool and an incredible view of the intracoastal waterway. With the provided fishing poles, you can fish right off the backyard dock. The beach is a five minute walk and Pier 60 is a 10 minute walk from this beautiful townhome.
