Minimum StayPERFECT!
The property is beautiful. The house is exceptionally clean and has plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We used it for a place to stay for our group of 10 when we were in town for a family wedding. The open set up of the living areas allows for lots of great family conversation and room to spread out. The patio that overlooks the lake is great for morning coffee and evening cookouts. While we were there, we experienced a problem with the AC, and the owner came over immediately and fixed it. He was more than accommodating, and we will definitely choose this home again should the need arise.

Perfect Dunedin Accommodation
We really enjoyed our stay at this house in Dunedin. The house is extremely clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. We were a small group (4 people) and were very comfortable - the house can clearly accommodate more people. The view of the lake is pretty with lots of birds - even a bald eagle which landed on our deck. Marwan is a great host. The garbarator was plugged on our first day and Marwan came over quickly to fix it. He was very caring and responsive. We are looking forward to coming back again - great location to watch Blue Jays spring training!

This is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom 2212 sq ft lake front home. To access the home, there's a keypad doorlock that's user friendly. We simply email/text you the 4 digit code with instructions and you're able to easily access the property during your stay. Wifi, cable, and netflix included.
