We did not stay here and no funds were transferred. Thought I did my homework on this one...emailed, texted, and spoke by phone to "owner" named "John". Was ready to submit deposit. Owner provided credit card authorization form (or you could conveniently wire to his bank account!) which requested personal info including SSN, renters date of birth, mother's maidan name...REALLY? Received notification from homeaway that listing was a fake. Beware!!!!!!

Wonderful Waterfront point with the beautiful open water views in Clearwater Beach, Florida, USA. The vacation home has 4 bedrooms with sleeps for 10 people and 5 bathrooms. The horseshoe shaped home with the center lanai. There is a well-equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances. The master bedroom offers stunning outside views. The bathroom with en suite and custom cabinets. Outdoor: wood beam, center lanai with pavers, pebble pool, column accents and raised hot tub.
