My wife and I stayed in unit 2 while visiting an elderly relative. Toby met us when we arrived, took us to our room and was responsive when we reached out to him. Our stay was great-- it is incredibly quiet on the bay...peaceful. You will enjoy your visit as well.

We had a great time here. It was nice to be on the bay and also be so close to the beach, nice bars, and restaurants. Toby was very friendly and accommodating host, welcoming us upon arrival with great suggestions for the area. Thanks Toby!

The outdoor space was awesome.
We loved this location.... We could walk to the shops/restaurants/beach. The outdoor space was awesome. Loved watching the dolphins, pelicans, boats. Toby was responsive to any questions we had; anything we needed. Great time.

Beautiful 2 bedroom , 1 bath villa with full kitchen and dining area on Clearwater Beach , Florida. Direct waterfront, with boat docks, paddleboarding, bike rentals and easy access to the the beach. Close to everything (no car needed).
The Space
Our property consist of a larger waterfront home and 4 villas. 2 villas are 2 bedroom units with direct waterront views and 2 villas are 1 bedroom units. The 2 bedroom units have privat patios as well.
Guest Access
Our property is direct waterfront with 5 boat docks and a large seating area on the dock area.We have kayaks, padde
l boards etc. available.
Interaction with Guests
We are a family run business and interact with our guest to meet their needs and expectations. We always try to helpful in accomodating our guests needs.
The Neighborhood
We are right on the edge of large single family homes and the area adjacent to all the shops and restaurants as well as the beautiful Clearwater Beach.
Getting Around
Transportation is at our doorstep. The Jolly Trolley as well as "Florida Free Ride" is available

State of Florida has a 13% tax (8% to State and 5% to county/city) which is collected at check in time.
