Toby's two bedroom/1 bath villa was perfect for our last-minute family vacation. You can literally fish from the back door, see dolphins or kayak (provided). Toby began to communicate very shortly after I requested his villa. When my husband and son arrived, Toby was there to greet them and gave them fishing tips, recommended restaurants and other fun ideas. His place is just a few minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. It has all of your basic amenities and TV with cable in the living area. If you have any questions, he is just a phone call/text away. He is the best host by far. I truly did not want to leave!! We will be back!

Toby's place is top of the line!
Toby's place is top of the line! Very clean and well equipted with whatever you need. Lovely neighborhood and Toby is an excellent host available whenever you need him!

I highly recommend staying at Toby's place. The view of the bay was fantastic and Toby went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. We also saw dolphins every morning right out of the back door :) We'll be back for a sure.

Beautiful Clearwater Beach, 2 bedroom villa located on the Mandalay Channel. WE feature 2 queen bed units with full kitchen and dining area as well as a beautiful waterfront view from the nicely appointed living room.
The Space
Our 2 bedroom uits are direct waterfront and all the comforts of home. We carry additional supplies such as extra plates and silverware, pots and pans etc

The entire villa is your plus we have a large sitting area over the water on our docks

The Neighborhood
We are right on the edge of the single family ome residents and the commercial district. Everything is within walking distance.
Getting Around
Jolly Trolley or Florida free ride will pick up right in front of property.
Other Things to Note
State of Florida has a 13% Hotel Tax that we collect at checkin if not billed by booking agent
