My family and i enjoyed our stay
To be honest, this was too good to be true. My family and i enjoyed our stay, walkable distance to the beach and resturants. Awwsome location cant wait to plan another trip again

The place was really clean.
Our host Toby was very accommodating and responsive. The place was really clean. Walking distance to the beach or any kind of entertainment. The dock on the canal was very enjoyable whether you're fishing or just chilling, watching the dolphin play or the manatees cruise by.

Everything is walkable from Toby's place.
Toby's place is perfectly situated on the canal side of Clearwater Beach. You find yourself within a short walk from the beach, at the calmer waters of the waterway on the inside of the island. A perfect place to relax before and after the beach. Park your car and forget it during your stay. Everything is walkable from Toby's place. Loved to have my morning coffee on his private pier, and to go for a kayak trip to the mouth of the canal. Get up at sunrise and enjoy all the bird life and fish waking to life. Amazing experience!
